Perfect location to hit the hiking trails. This is our third year at this hotel. Nice, but needs an upgrade… looks a little tired.

Palm Canyon special

This is our second stay at this property. It’s a great location near everything, and the poolside is magical, the staff and service is top notch, and we would definitely return next time we vist S Palm Springs.

A nice resort

We every much enjoyed the resort feel of the property. The pool was great and the pool bar was a nice touch. The room was spacious and had a large outdoor private space. The room was a bit musty when we arrived but opening up the screen door for fresh air took care of that. Overall, a nice stay.

Vrbo reservation issue

The property is great. We had an issue with VRBO's reservation system not interfacing well with the property. The property could not find our reservation. It took a couple of hours to sort this out, late at night. I would recommend guests call the day before ti confirm the vrbo booking.
