Palm Springs Desert Oasis w/ Amazing Panoramic Mountain Views in Famous Racket Club area. Nice size 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Spacious bright & airy living room w/ open kitchen concept. Aerial Tram right around the corner, along with downtown Palm Springs strip offering dining, nightlife, shops etc. This beautiful home is located just minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. Large backyard has a private pool and spa & built-in BBQ for your enjoyment including covered Gazebo. STR Registration Number: STR-004436. There is an additional fee for pool and jacuzzi heat. (75 for 10 hours pool and 60 for 6 hours jacuzzi). PLEASE NOTE: during December through March months, the first day pool heat fee is $140 as it requires a lot more gas to reach its temperature during the cold season, any day thereafter is $75 per day). pool and jacuzzi cannot be on simultaneously. Fees are non refundable once paid. Please note that Jacuzzi may not heat to its fullest during high windy or cold season. Pool operating hours are from 7am-10pm. Please note that pool chemicals are used to maintain the pool in a good condition. Guest is to use pool at their own discretion and owner is not responsible or liable for any medical issues that derive from sensativity to pool chemicals.

Host was hospitable and friendly, property was impeccably clean and very spacious. We brought two pets with us and the pet fees were reasonable; even the cat and the dog enjoyed the place very much!

We really enjoyed our stay. Just wish there were pool floats. Some here there but deflated in the backyard. Other than that it was very comfortable and Yanti was great and responded right away!!!

The house had everything we needed and a great layout to be together. Patio out back is very large with multiple gathering spaces. Only thing that was tricky was heating the hot tub, since we didn’t know when we’d be home looking to use it, and as soon as the heat turned off cold water started circulating back in. But once we flagged the issue about the cold water pumping in they fixed that, which gave us a bit more of a window. Hosts were super responsive.
