The second bedroom also features a Queen bed, and there's a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 6 guests with maximum comfort. The secondary bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The dining table provides seating for 4 guests with 4 additional stools at the island. The beautiful kitchen boasts nice cabinets and stainless steel appliances. You'll have your own private entrance and a charming small patio, perfect for savoring a delightful cup of coffee while soaking in the beautiful views.

To access this unit, you will need to ascend a set of stairs. Please be aware that, as it is located on the ground floor, it does not offer handicap accessibility.

We want to ensure our guests' comfort during their stay, and though this property does not have air conditioning, we have provided fans in each sleeping area to help keep you cool and comfortable throughout your visit.

A short 1-minute walk from the condo takes you to the shuttle stop, where the FREE resort shuttle will conveniently drop you off at the resort base village. There, you can partake in skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and various summer activities. The Grand Park Community Rec Center is a mere 0.9 miles away, offering multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, a full gym with an indoor track, a massive rock climbing wall, a gymnasium, and a children's playground. Next door to the Rec Center, The Foundry provides additional entertainment with a bowling alley, movie theater, and brick oven pizza bar.
