The condo was fully equipped. It was nice that the host stocked many essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, trash bags, etc..) The outdoor patio had nice views and a ceiling fan for hot days. We had access to a nice community heated pool and hot tub. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Mike was easy to communicate with.

Quiet, clean, fun, safe and convenient. The homeowner was friendly and responsive and addressed our needs for my son's extended stay for his summer internship in Orlando. My son had a great time on the pickleball courts and golf course and enjoyed the gym as well. Mom appreciated the security of the gated community. Would definitely recommend this property.

Quiet comfortable stay with a great location!

Our family really enjoyed the comfort of this home, with an excellent location for everything we wanted to do in Orlando. We loved having gym and pool access and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. The property included everything we need for cooking meals, doing laundry, and relaxing comfortably. Would definitely book again!

Lovely condo, great pool onsite and at clubhouse. Secure gated golf course community. Mike was great to deal with, always answered any queries very quickly. Thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic location. Great condo

Nice, clean with all facilities you could want. Also stocked with essentials (which most aren't). Nice to not worry about washing tablets, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets etc.

Would like to do it again

The experience was everything that we had hoped for, from the time that we booked until the minute that we left the unit for home. We have family in the area, so our grandson stayed over with us a few nights and friends stayed with us a few nights also. Mike, the host was more than accommodating. I cannot say enough the way that we were treated. The unit is a gem.

Had an extended stay, the condo meet my needs. It was the perfect place to come back to after clinic. The owner was super nice. There was one little hiccup but that was out of the owners hands. But it all worked out in the end. Great place will definitely recommend.

Never stay here

Many problems, but worst was that owner kept raising the temperature to very warm while outside was super hot. He was unkind to me as a person and recorded our every move in and out. He did not disclose address until after the cancellation free date. So would be out of money. Left 6 nights early without refund due to 1am texts saying someone was coming at 3 am to look at air conditioner. Very scared! Never again for VRBO and I. I will only stay in a hotel!

Here's a list of the behaviors we had to handle: 1. Guest asked to change the start/end date twice before arrival, which we permitted. 2. Guest called arrival day to cancel because there were stairs up to the unit which is listed as a SECOND FLOOR condo. They also said our listing was lying about being convenient for Orlando attractions and 15 mins from the airport (Waze said airport was 17 min drive). We declined the cancellation but gave a $250 goodwill credit for any misunderstanding. 3. VRBO automatically released the unit address (per policy) 30 days before arrival, and we sent a list of all amenities to the guest 24 days prior (w/address listed). 4. We have a Ring camera at the front door which showed the Guest with more people than we were told. 5. The unit did have an HVAC issue, for which we immediately sent service technicians to fix. The Nest thermostat was NOT connected to the internet or controlled remotely. We’ve since changed to a standard thermostat for future guests. 6. Guest claimed that someone was texting her in the morning and wanted a refund. We investigated and the source of the texts was associated with a pornography site in IN. No addt’l refunds were issued, and we listed the Guest as not approved for return.
