Located 5 minutes North of the Flagstaff mall sits Heart Trail Lookout Unit 1. This peaceful space provides comfort, tranquility, and easy access to local trails.

The home is situated near many amazing trails that are suitable for both hiking and mountain biking!

NAU: 9.7 miles (17 minute drive)
Snowbowl: 20 miles (35-40 minute drive)
Downtown Flag: 7.4 miles (14 minute drive)
Grand Canyon: 74 miles (1hr & 10 min drive)
Uptown Sedona: 36 miles (48 minute drive)


You will have full access to the 510 square foot unit one.

Since the home is a duplex, you will most likely meet/ see the guests staying in unit two. Unit one is it’s own private unit that is not shared with unit two.

The hot tub/ cold plunge area is shared between both unit one and unit two.

We decided to upgrade our hot tub and made the switch to a brand new 2024 model! This ensures reliability, updated features, and improved performance overall! The new hot tub was delivered and installed on March 5th, 2024! The space is available to guests year round and 24/7!
Take a dip in our BRAND NEW Grizzly 450 cold plunge, which was installed on July 17th!! We like to call this monster of a cold plunge, “The Griz!” a great way to ease sore muscles, increase dopamine levels, relieve pain and stress, and much more!

***We do not permit smoking in or on the property.***

***As much as we love pets, we unfortunately do not allow them during your stay.***

***Service animals are welcome. Emotion support animals do not meet the qualifications of a trained service animal.***

***If you would like to request a late check out, we are able to extend until 11:30am. It is an additional $25. We cannot guarantee a late check out, but please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to make it work!***

Absolutely beautiful inside and very comfortable. The hosts left thoughtful amenities and our stay was very comfortable. The only downside was some noise from being right off a main thoroughfare but the hosts left a sound machine to help mask the noise for sleeping. Overall it was lovely.

Absolutely Stunning!!

This place is amazing to stay! The hosts are very friendly and provide you with things needed and a lot of extras too, just makes the stay that much more comfortable! EXTREMELY clean, very comfortable sleeping arrangements….and the hot tub experience is amazing, cozy, relaxing and private!!we are definitely booking with them again!!!

Relaxing.

The place is as advertised. Everything seems pretty new and the hosts set up a nice welcome for you. Their communication is excellent, they responded right away to any questions and are always very nice to talk to. The hot tub is amazing, it was brand new on our trip and kept the heat amazingly, it is definitely the highlight of the trip. We also made use of the cold plunge which was a fun addition. There's a trailhead within walking distance which was also nice. I would recommend this for anyone needing a mountain escape and a good soak in the hot tub.

Beautiful home; minimal functionality

Great space, beautful finishes, and extremely clean! No night stands, shelves, or anywhere to place your suitcase, toiletries, etc. Host is somewhat responsive (late) and no snacks were provided. Hot tub looked ok, but we did not use due to proximity to highway. Convienient location but very noisy. High end finishes and some nice touches (coffee, tea, noise machine - no snacks provided but stated they would be - full size appliances, nice cold A/C) - just needs some functional touches.

Home Away From Home!

From the moment we stepped inside, we felt welcomed and at home. This VRBO was immaculately clean offering a modern and updated feel. Communication with the owners was always answered promptly and everything we would need while staying there was available. We loved the central location to all of the siteseeing destinations and were able to take day trips visiting: the Grand Canyon (south rim), Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, the Petrified Forest, Lava Flow, Meteor Crater, Sunset Crater, Montazuma's Castle, Sedona, lots of ruins and so much more. We would hike all day and come "home" to the absolutely glorious hot tub! The only downside was that this property sits on a fairly busy road. The cars and trucks tend to get noisy with the windows open. However, the owners provide a sound machine and we really liked being able to listen to nature sounds or white noise while falling asleep. Overall, we had an amazing stay and wouldn't think twice about booking this VRBO if we were back in the area! You'll love it!

My husband, Austin, and I have two little girls and one Mini Aussie! We love anything that has to do with being outside. Our two littles come on most adventures with us! We are currently Super hosts on Airbnb and decided to venture into the world of VRBO. I look forward to meeting you and your family!

Why they chose this property

Austin and I finished our home in June of 2022. We have tailored our home have exactly what we expect when we stay at a short term rental. Our desire was to create a space that gave you the freedom to slow down from the business of life and just breathe.

What makes this property unique

Our home has amazing views of the Peak and Mount Elden. We are located just minutes from great mountain biking and hiking trails. We are currently working on expanding our outdoor space!

We also have an amazing cold plunge and hot tub area!!
