The property was great and well-maintained. We had a fun time with family and friends who visited us. The neighbors were friendly and cheered us during the celebratory fireworks we enjoyed bursting. Joel was a great and responsive host and always in touch. We did experience a few hiccups with hot water availability, the outdoor grill being unusable, and lack of fire extinguisher. Outside of these the overall stay was very pleasant and we all had a great time.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay, despite the "hiccups"!
I would like to note that while we do keep a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink, I hadn't yet thought of providing one outside for fireworks, so thank you very much for bringing it to my attention!
We have now replaced the hot water heater with a brand new one and the BBQ is now being checked upon with every new guest in order to provide propane and cleaning as necessary.
Thanks again for your patronage and we hope you will visit again!
Very beautiful and cozy home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. There was a few maintenance issues but the host was quick to respond and take care of the matter. Communication with the host was top notch. I'd stay here again if I'm ever down in the Medford area again.
We had a staycation for our family's Christmas gathering and it was perfect! The location is great and the house has everything you need. The house has a large dining room and living room area. The downstairs has a nice game room that the young adults enjoyed, we brought game consuls and they played as the adults enjoyed the upstairs. The host Joel was super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!
We came to Medford for a training event and needed space for 5. House was clean and provided great space. I would definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay in Medford.
The house was clean and neat. Large open spaces in the living and dining area to fit a large group in. We bbq'd the 2nd night and the grill worked great. Joel the host was very good about communicating and even let us check in an hour early since we happened to get into town ahead of schedule. Would stay again!
What a great home. Dining area was perfect for our group and the kitchen was just huge and had every appliance and tool we needed to do anything. The house was spotless. We enjoyed our time and if we're ever in the area again we will definitely stay here. Joel was an excellent host who responded to us very quickly with answers to any questions we had. Thank you Joel.

Thanks for the great review Kathleen! I'm so happy you and your group enjoyed your stay and hope you can come back soon. Thanks for taking great care of the home!
This was a beautiful home for the whole family to stay in and enjoy. My grandson loved the games downstairs. The giant bedroom with a king sized bed and bunkbeds was a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for making a family meal. The living room was upstairs and the family room downstairs which is great for families. I would love to return to this home in the future.
Stay was nice, landlord seemed nice. Need new cleaners as we did find a spider in it's web in one of the bedrooms between the wall and bedside table and a few other things. Also would be nice if they had cable or satellite, was hard to get football games and the like.

Glad you enjoyed your stay Sanford! Thanks for the feedback.
We had 6 adults staying the weekend for a wedding in Medford. The home was very well equipped, plenty of room to spread out, super comfortable beds, and enough bathrooms for everyone! I am sorry we didn't have a chance to use the kitchen more or the dining room, but maybe next time! Joel was also an excellent communicator and very responsive. The whole family wants to come back for another long weekend.
This is a great house! We enjoyed our stay at the house so much. My siblings and all our spouses each had our own bedroom and with 3 full baths it makes a stay for 8 a breeze. There is a lot of room for lounging in different areas of the house and the kitchen is very large and fairly well equiped with pans and knives etc. We brought our own food processor because we knew we'd be cooking all our meals. There is an Instant Pot, a powerful stand mixer, and many other appliances. If you have a favorite knife or other utensil consider bringing it along.
The dining room has a giant table that can fit 10 people easily.
Can't say enough good things about the property and the host. Just a great experience overall for our visit to our parents!
My husband and I and my brother and sister-in-law traveled to Medford to surprise our stepfather for his 90th birthday. Communication before arrival was seamless, check-in was a breeze and we were not disappointed! The Villa is well-named. It's absolutely beautiful. We were a small group, but a much larger group would not feel crowded at all. The primary suite is massive, the downstairs suite is like an apartment on its own (with a game room) and there's still two bedrooms upstairs that are good sized. The kitchen is huge and well-appointed. Want to bake a cake? There's a stand mixer. Want to whip up a quick beef stew? There's an instant pot. Nice barbecue out on the balcony. Beautiful backyard. Joel supplied quick answers to our questions every time. We had a wonderful stay and boy, was our stepdad surprised!
Large house with a great game room and multiple living spaces, property owner was extremely prompt and overall this was a great place for our family get together.
Even though the property owner was prompt, he did not actually resolve a problem at the house. There was a large crack in a window in the living room behind the sofa and once we spotted it I messaged him. He acknowledged that he knew about it and that they weren’t able to get someone to fix it in time. We have a baby and 3 toddlers in the family and I told him this was a safety issue and that we’d keep the kids away from the window. However it was a point of concern the whole stay.
wish the property owner would have told me about the issue in advance instead of not saying anything til I brought it up, and because we have children I wish they had done some type of temporary fix like at least taping the window since the glass was sharp.
Also the air filter needs to be replaced and there were a few dirty dishes in the cabinet that had a lot of butter or something slippery on them. Would be good to have the cleaning team double check that the previous vacationers put things away properly.
We truly did enjoy staying here and this is a great house especially if you have family nearby. The dishes issue has happened before at other rentals and is not a reflection on this host, just more of a heads up to maybe check things. But the window was a safety concern.

Hi Rebecca,
I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay!
I am so very sorry that the window caused some worry. I would worry too with little ones around that. The guest right before you broke the window and, although my cleaners alerted my right away, the repair shop had to order the glass so it could not be repaired that day. It has been fixed now and is as good as new. I do hope you can come back sometime and find the place comfortable, safe, and clean - especially the dishes (which we've addressed as well). Please let me know if your plans bring you back to Medford!
