Stay and unwind in a beautiful and spacious home with brand new furnishings in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfectly located mere minutes away from plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment. Whether you are visiting Southern Oregon to enjoy the Britt and Shakespeare festivals or going to see Crater Lake and other beautiful sights or even if you are just in the area for work, this house is the perfect choice.
The space
Beautiful, well-maintained home with a white picket fence! Inside you will find an open floor plan with a Living and a Family room. The architectural details are just beautiful with vaulted ceilings! The kitchen offers a large breakfast bar at the island, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets ,laminate wood flooring and beautiful stainless appliances. The separate living area has coffered ceilings. The primary suite also has coffered ceilings, a walk-in closet and large bathroom. We recently refurnished the entire house with brand new furnishings. The front yard has mature trees and beautiful landscaping and the backyard has a large back patio for entertaining.
Guest access
The entire house and yard is available for guests with the exception of the garage which we use to store equipment and supplies.

We had an amazing stay at this property. I am pregnant and the home and beds were very comfortable. We came to town to visit family a few blocks away and I was able to utilize the home the same way I would at my own home to rest as I need it. I also work from home so I was able to work from this location and it was very comfortable.

Ford House

Cousins and spouses gathered at this home to celebrate my moms 90th birthday. Five adults stayed comfortably at this house. Three more family members joined us each evening for dinner and visiting. The house was exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated and had quality linens and towels. Highly recommend and hooe to stay again.

Wonderful, spacious home.

We enjoyed this home very much. Our group consisted of four adults (two couples) and the home was perfect for our needs during our stay but could easily accomodate another couple or additional children without feeling crowded. Everything was very clean, organized and is so thoughtfully put together. The check in and check out process was very simple and we appreciated our hosts checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Medford in the future!

Medford Perfection

This white picket charmer was everything advertised. Our group was four 60+ people, however, this house is perfect for any family group. There are a lot of entertainment opportunities at the house for all ages. Space for those who want to sit and relax while others can play in a separate area. Very comfortable, it felt like home. Grace and Hao were wonderful hosts and made sure we could contact them for anything we needed.

Great stay

We stayed one week. Property is nicely located in a residential neighborhood. It is very easy to go to all of the shops and then take tours with this home being your home base. Check in is a breeze. Be aware that VRBO isn't that good about contacting owners if you send them a message so try and contact the owners yourself if you have any questions. The home itself was very clean and well kept. A gardener came to do yard work one day which was nice. There's a little backyard with a table and chairs. A nice driveway. Giant tv. You can use your own Hulu etc. Wi-Fi was perfect. Beds are comfortable bathrooms are nice. I would definitely recommend.
