Enjoy three charming bedrooms with four cozy queen beds, and unwind in the luxurious full bathroom. Your home away from home awaits! Managed by Karat Vacation Rental Management.
This is a 2nd-floor unit of a duplex. There are about 6-8 steps up onto the front porch and about 8-10 steps up to the unit. Once inside your unit, you'll find 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom.
The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores, restaurants, and local attractions that you can think of.
Only 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land, and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead, and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS and Walgreens pharmacy.
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long-term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
