Freshly Renovated Beach View Condo on Sandy Beach

Please Note that per condominium HOA, the following rules and regulations are required:
"The minimum rental age continues to be 25+ years. The responsible guest is required to comply with the age restriction in order to stay in the Sonoran Sea Resort. This decision was taken and approved by owners in the November 2019 HOA meeting."

This condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located on Sandy Beach it sleeps 6 adults comfortably.

Recently renovated with brand new furniture and appliances all around. The master bedroom has a King size bed and its own private bathroom with dual sinks. Has enough closet and drawer space for your belongings. It is also equipped with Direct TV. This bedroom has a large sliding glass door that leads to a covered balcony area where you can see the beautiful Sonoran sunsets. The spare bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for your vacation. It has a bar where you can have a meal.

The living room has a sliding glass door to the balcony area with the most beautiful views of the beach and resort pool.

The balcony has enough sitting area so that you can relax privately or you can go down to the pool and bar area.

This condo is located in the Sonoran Sea Resort and has its own restaurant and convenience store inside the main lobby just in case you forgot something. The pool has a swim-up bar and the complex has a gym available to all guests. (Please see lobby for hours)

You will not be disappointed with this unit. Very clean!
There are also other restaurants within walking distance, Garufa Bar and Grill and Changos are two restaurants just outside the gate.

PLEASE NOTE RENTERS ARE NOT ALLOWED PETS IN THE RESORT. YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM PROPERTY.

Loved my stay!

My favorite place I have stayed in ever in rocky point! The condo was super clean and updated enjoyed everything about it, loved the decor and amenities. The owner was extremely attentive and nice, went above and beyond to meet our needs! Definitely will stay again.

We had a great stay! The condo had everything we needed for our long weekend. Sarai was extremely responsive and helped answer all our questions. This is by far one of the cleanest rooms at Sonoran Sea. We had no issues and would stay here again!

Summer Vacation

Beautifully updated condo. The view is amazing! So close to good restaurants, walking distance from a couple restaurants. Security keeps the place safe knowing who’s coming and going. It was a good time in Mexico!

Fantastic!

What a fantastic place to stay! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We usually bring our own “creature comfort” items like good toilet paper and sharp knives, laundry/cleaning supplies -but we didn’t need to this time. Everything was of high quality! The beds were comfy, water pressure was strong, and we were completely impressed. The owner was quick to reply when we had a minor need and overall very wonderful at helping us have a fantastic vacation!

Just a few suggestions. Providing Shampoo, conditioner, soap would be nice. No hair dryer available. Shower door clearly posted to pull out? But when used could only be pushed in? Over all lovely place.

Appreciate the attention to detail, e.g. quality linens, sheets, awesome patio set etc. Unit was five star overall. Could have been a bit cleaner but I may be being picked. Appreciate the hosts quick responses and accomodation when we showed up two hours earlier. VRBO and hosts check in time are not the same which was our oversight.

Access was easy and unit was very clean and updated. We love Sonoran Sea and this is one of the nicer 2 bedroom units. Very nice condo patio furniture so we could sit outside and enjoy the views.

la experiencia mas desagradable! las instalaciones del resort están en una terrible situación, el primer día no tuvimos agua caliente para bañarnos, los teléfonos no tenían servicio por que el teléfono no servía apropiadamente, en unos de los baños había un hoyo en la pared que daba a la tubería sin incluir que por ese hoyo cabía mi bebé de 2 años! unos de los cuadros de decoración en uno de los baños no estaba entablado apropiadamente que cuando mi marido cerró la puerta el vidrio casi se le cae en la cabeza! los empleados de seguridad fueron creo amables y atentos, teníamos que mover las sombrillas nosotros mismos por que nunca estaban disponibles para asistirnos, Jamás volveremos a reservan este lugar! este fue un viaje familiar, se rentaron 4 unidades desafortunadamente lo recomendaría este lugar en lo absoluto!The most unpleasant experience! The resort facilities are in a terrible state, the first day we had no hot water to shower, the phones had no service because the phone did not work properly, in one of the bathrooms there was a hole in the wall that led to the pipe without including that hole that my 2 year old baby could fit through! One of the decorative pictures in one of the bathrooms was not properly paneled so when my husband closed the door the glass almost fell on his head! The security employees were I think kind and attentive, we had to move the umbrellas ourselves because they were never available to assist us, We will never book this place again! Thi
