Washington Valley has to offer. With sleeping room for 12, and at over 3,000 square feet, there is room for the whole family (or two!) to have their space.

Relax in the private hot tub with stunning views to the White Mountains. Only 5 minutes to Storyland, 10 minutes to downtown North Conway, 10 minutes to Attitash, 15 to Cranmore, 20 to Wildcat & 35 minutes to Bretton Woods.

This property was excellent and perfect for our family group. Very clean, well-stocked, plenty of room, good location. Great views, especially from the large outdoor deck. Enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. We will definitely stay here again.

We just completed a 4-night stay at Valley Vista. This property met or exceeded our expectations in every way. Here's what I loved: The home is clean and completely updated; excellent layout with 2 master suites and 3 additional bedrooms; the main living area is spacious with ample seating for hanging out and dining inside and out; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with including updated pots & pans of good quality; extra bonus points for providing spices. Nice grill, hot tub, and propane fire pit. The communication from the host was prompt and friendly, and to top it off, oh, what a view!

NH “Family” Vacation

Brought a group of my closest friends and coworkers out to NH for something we call every year as our “Family Vacation”. Our host was amazing from the start, letting us book for a shorter period of time unlike other listings. The property was immaculate. Kids room even suited some of our adult friends as well. Many bedrooms and bathroom. Kitchen came fully loaded. Hot tub was amazing for end of the night relaxation and the property was close by to many destinations. Would recommend and come again!

Family Summer Trip

Our party of four adults and 2 children (ages 4 & 2) stayed July 17 – 24, 2024. The house exceeded our expectations, it was clean, well-stocked and very child friendly. Everything we needed or expected from a rental was supplied, we did not need to purchase additional housekeeping items during our stay. Everything in the house was working and well maintained, the pre-trip guide provided useful information and covered everything we needed to know. The house had more than enough space for our group. We thought the house was better than the pictures. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and of course the deck & the view. The house was close to North Conway, and provided easy access to the activities and restaurants the area has to offer. Booking was easy. Jeffrey was easy to work with and promptly responded to my emails, in most instances within minutes.

Everything was perfect....house was fabulous, everything you needed and more. Super clean and spacious. We had a blast skiing, hiking and the Super Bowl.....maybe next year for the Pats.
