Great Place to Stay While Visiting the Mayo Clinic

I came to have surgery at the Mayo Clinic, and this location was perfect! The Mayo Clinic is an easy, short drive away. The property was extremely clean and well kept. I would stay there again and highly recommend it!

We stayed for a month. The place was clean, comfortable and was as described. Loved that it had a washer and dryer. The location was great. It was close to medical center and different businesses and places of interest. Some issues came up including the internet, but Kevin took care of them promptly. The kitchen had items needed for daily use including spices. As we stayed for a month, there were sufficient towels and sheets. It felt like home. Thank you.

Home away from home

This adorable and comfortable residence made us feel at home. It had everything we needed in a perfect location. The outdoor area was a pleasant place to sit both morning and evening. Great shower, comfortable bed and a kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Kevin was great communicating with us and quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay. Although the cleaning crew bailed at the last minute, our host was able to get another crew in and the place was very clean. He was incredibly apologetic. Space was exactly as advertised and worked well for us.

Nice stay at a beautiful condo

My family really enjoyed our week-long stay at this condo in March this year. The host is very responsive and helpful. The condo is very well equipped, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Two spacious bedrooms each with its own bathroom and walk in closet. We particularly appreciate that one bedroom is on the 2nd floor, providing privacy when we have guests. The two car parking garage is nice. The small patio area is clean and good to have morning coffee. The location is convenient. Overall it is a very good experience.

Excellent Accommodations and Location

We stayed for a little over a week and it has to be one of the best trips we've taken. Kevin's instructions where very thorough which made it extremely easy to find, access the condo. The condo itself was amazing stocked with all the essentials needed for our stay. The only problem we had was the bed was so comfortable we never wanted to get up......lol! Everything about this property was absolutely perfect, so much so that we have already decided to make this our spot every year when we come to Az.

Great place for short or long stay

Overall the property was as stated online. However couple of issues that Kevin promptly attended to. His kitchen was fully stocked so that we could prepare Thanksgiving meal for the family. Had an issue with the internet but that was fixed promptly. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels and sheets. We would stay there again if the time arises. Thanks again

Location, location, location

This property is very clean and has an at home feeling. The outdoor space is comfortable and cozy! My only wish was that I would have had more opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine and enjoy the warm evenings. The property is located conveniently in relation to the Mayo Hospital and many other prime locations. I stayed at the property by myself and felt safe at all times. The garage was a bonus. Kevin was very responsive and helpful. I had to make a few adjustments and felt like he was there to help in anyway he could. I will definitely check availability next time I am in the area. Would recommend this property for a quick getaway weekend or an extended stay.

First time in Arizona to visit the Mayo Clinic. I truly could not have asked for a better rental. Location is superb with a 2 minute drive to the clinic, 2-5 minute drive to shopping, grocery, dining. Whether you want fine dining or a sandwich at Whole Foods, everything is within a few minute drive. This condo also offers 2 master suites which comes in handy if you are there for a medical reason and stairs are not an option. Enjoyed the outside space, clean pool area and I can't say enough about location. For us that was a huge thing. I felt safe while my husband was in the hospital and you can even walk to the Mayo Clinic and enjoy their trails. I would recommend to anyone however, especially those who are there for medical reasons at the Mayo.
