Location was incredibly convenient to Cooperstown Dream Park and Cooperstown - even from the perspective that coming in from the South made getting into CDP easier. There is ample space both inside and out for multiple families to stay. We brought some yard games/activities.

Great house and amazing trip!

We had the best time on our trip to All Star Village! The Spencer House was perfect for our stay. We had four families with kids and it was big enough for everyone. The baseball team all came for an afternoon party after our visit to the Hall of Fame. The huge yard was a great place for them to play. Karl was a great host and was close by to take care of any little question we had. Thank you for the trip of a lifetime.

Great place to stay

Such a nice place to stay when visiting the Cooperstown area! Dreams park is only an 8 minute drive up the road. The house was fully stocked with all necessary supplies and the host even went out of his way to drop off a new propane tank at 9pm so that way we wouldn’t run out when we BBQed the next day! The house is huge and has 6 bedrooms which easily fit all 4 families (and our three boys when they came back after being eliminated from the tournament). The house is surrounded by lots of trees and is nestled up on a hill with a lot of land! We throughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever given the opportunity!!

Great stay July 2024

If you are going to Cooperstown with a large group ( we had 9 with up to 13 when our boys joined us ) this is the house for you. There are plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with an extra one off of the kitchen. The kitchen is a great space for everyone to meet and hang out. There is also plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy all the beautiful surroundings of the property. The house manager was very responsive and helpful!

Perfect spot for a large group playing at Cooperstown DP!

We had 6 families staying at this idyllic location for our baseball team playing in Cooperstown Dreams Park. Each family had their own bathroom and ability to control the temperature in their own room. Karl was there to welcome us at arrival as well as encourage our boys to do well in the tournament. It was close enough to Dreams Park to run home and grab lunch in between games if needed. We were also able to host a team party where there was room for everyone and access to grill out. There was also a foosball table that the younger siblings kept going every chance they got. Also a large enough kitchen for everyone. Would definitely recommend if looking for an affordable location close to DP with a large group!
