This is a 4 story townhome. Lower level we have the garage area with one entrance to unit. On main level you will find a additional entrance from Lions Gate Dr. Kitchen, living room, bonus room, balcony and half bathroom. Second floor you will find all the bedrooms and full bathrooms. Primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bunk bed and a third bedroom with 3 twin bunk beds. Share bathroom in hallway between second and third bedroom. On upper level we have a outdoor deck with private hot tub and table with seating for 6 people. This exceptional home offers several additional amenities including 2 car heated garage, 2 additional decks, beautiful gas fireplace, roof top mini bar, and gas grill. Regardless of what time of the year you decide to visit, or how you choose to spend your time here, this exceptional Winter Park vacation townhome will serve as the perfect jumping off point for all of your Colorado adventures!

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just down the street at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar.

We strongly encourage guests traveling to Grand County to keep up with the latest updates regarding fire restrictions in our area. We do not allow any open fire on property. Use of propane BBQ is allowed.

Please note if you arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.
