Hello: Please be sure to leave the card key(s) to the rec center in the tray in the kitchen to avoid incurring an replacement fee of $100.
If at all possible, please put all dishes in the dishwasher and run it to ensure our cleaning team has time to prepare for the next guest who could be checking in same day.
Please leave any beds that have been used unmade so cleaning team knows what needs to be washed. Thanks so much for staying with us and please keep us in mind for future visits.

Close to all that Winter Park has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this well maintained property conveniently located close to skiing, restaurants and grocery shopping. The kitchen is well stocked, and the necessary kitchen and bathroom products provided. The fireplace lights easily and burns well. There is a lovely view out back. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and the unit was awesome. It was right off the bus line, so we just woke up and walked to the bus when we were ready to ski. The kitchen was updated and spacious and there was plenty of seating in the dining room and living room.

Comfy place to stay, awesome river view from the deck!

This place is dated but otherwise a comfy place to stay with all the amenities you need. Convenient location -you can jump right to the walking path by the river. The view of the river is fantastic and a very relaxing place to read a book. Kitchen is well-stocked and has everything you need. This was a great location for a summer trip to Fraser and to visit the surrounding areas.

Winter Park Getaway

Thank you for allowing us to visit your condo - we had a great time! The bus route worked out great for those who finished skiing early and allowed the others to ski longer. The restaurants are close by and have lots to choose from. We enjoyed Dun Bar and Sushi Nama. I would stay here again. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities.

Amazing spot by the river

Comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom condo by the river in downtown Winter Park. Our first night and morning was a little bumpy since the prior renters seem to have changed the internet password and the key card for the HOA rec center wasn’t working. Once we got that resolved we had a great time! The building backs to the river which is amazing to listen to - especially at night. We were right downtown so walked to some wonderful restaurants and the trail next to the river was beautiful for a little jaunt. The rec center in the HOA has a pool table, a nice indoor pool and more than one hot tub which was really nice after a day out exploring the area. Overall a wonderful holiday weekend in Winter Park!
