About this property

Seachase boasts incredible gulf views from windows that span from floor to ceiling and wall to wall in both bedrooms and living areas. Enjoy watching dolphins swim by in the emerald green waters as you relax on the balcony. This sixth floor unit is located on the east end of the building so the master suite does not share a wall with another unit. With only eight floors and four units per floor, there is never a long wait for the elevator.

The well appointed kitchen has everything you may need for your next culinary creation as well as a Jimmy Buffet margarita maker for a frozen cocktail while watching the sunset! High speed internet and a Samsung smart TV in the living room will keep you connected. The TV's in the bedrooms are equipped with smart DVD players to help you stream all your favorite shows. Don't have a streaming service, no problem! There are dozens of DVD's available to create an at home movie night. Keypad entry simplifies your stay, as there is no need to carry or keep track of a key while enjoying the beach.

One beach setup, which includes two beach chairs and one umbrella, is included. The beach chair seasonal rental dates vary slightly from year to year. The dates for 2023 are March 1, 2023 - October 31, 2023, weather permitting.

Seachase is located on the quieter west end but is only 1.5 miles from Pier Park. Sunsations and Pizza Hut are directly across the street.

Summer trip

First the pictures don’t do this place justice! This is such a beautiful condo and the location is perfect!! I was very nervous about the white carpet so the kids are on the bar top haha I didn’t want to stain the carpet (we have a 4,now 7 and 8 yrs old). The room sizes were perfect and you get beach views from every room! It’s on the quieter side so it was really nice when we walked down to the beach it wasn’t overcrowded even on the 4th of July and you could see all the fireworks clearly. Going up and down from the beach was easy also and they have two spots to rinse sand off so you don’t trek sand inside. If you want to out or do other things besides the beach it’s such a great location to get anywhere quickly! We definitely will stay again. The host Chantel is so great and very easy to get in touch with! She delivered cookies for our sons birthday and got my husband and I flowers for our anniversary. Thank you so much for such a great trip!!!
