Enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in this spacious 1300 sq. ft. condo on the 1st floor! This fully renovated unit is the perfect vacation spot for those looking for a comfortable, modern, and relaxing home away from home.

As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted with breathtaking ocean views and a serene atmosphere. The private balcony is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset over the horizon.

The condo features a full kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare a gourmet meal. The living room is equipped with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and access to high-speed internet. You'll also have the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, so you can pack light and stay fresh throughout your stay.

This lovely Seachase condominium has 2 gulf front master suites, one on each end of the unit with its own bathrooms and walk-in closets. The living room features a pull-out sofa for additional guests. The generous-sized, living/dining area and kitchen are located in the center of the unit with beautiful views of the Gulf.

In addition to the incredible beachfront location, guests have access to pools, hot tubs, slide pools, and a lazy river. Spend your days lounging by the pool or floating down the lazy river, soaking up the sun and enjoying the warm ocean breeze.

When it's time to explore the area, there are plenty of options nearby. The condo is located just a short drive from local shops, restaurants, and attractions, so you can easily venture out and explore the area.

By renting this unit, you are given full access to the SANDPIPER BEACON BEACH RESORT located directly next door. This access includes indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, waterslides, a lazy river, mini golf, beachside playgrounds, and more!!!!

Seachase Condominiums are located on the west end of Panama City Beach, less than 2 miles west of Pier Park.

Included with this unit are 2 parking passes for parking across the street at the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort. Premium/Covered parking is available on-site, for an additional charge and based on availability. Golf carts are NOT allowed to be parked in the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort parking lot.

Dogs under 15 lbs are permitted in the unit, with an additional per night charge.

Smoking is NOT allowed in this unit.

We spent so much money but the place was horrible. It was dirty there, there were bugs near the toilets, the bedsheets had orange stains and the pillows as well, the sofa and seats too. There wasn’t even things that we could use like soap & napkins. The elevator broke down, they didn’t tell anybody. The people next door were stuck in the elevator for about 45 minutes. You also couldn’t even open the sliding door. The checkout time was at 10 am, they closed the wristband to open the doors way before that time. My family and I are so disappointed because we paid too much money for this place, it’s not worth it, don’t stay here. Don’t let the pictures fool you.

Cleaning needed

I was charged a big cleaning fee and when we got there it was So Dirty. I had to go get bleach,cleaning supplies and start cleaning the entire condo. I paid big bucks to stay at that condo and thought since I was paying big money it would have been cleaned since I was charged a cleaning fee but I was sadly disappointed. It’s not how I wanted to spend my vacation but I couldn’t let my family stay in a place so dirty.
