Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Our home is pet and child friendly and convenient to local hospitals, lakes, shopping, restaurants and downtown Minneapolis. Enjoy 5 bedrooms plus a den and two living spaces in this recently renovated house.
The space
Main level features 3 bedrooms plus a den. Matter king on suite with 3/4 bath, 2nd bedroom with queen and third with a full/ twin bunk. Renovated full guest bath.

Lower level features a large family room with playroom, 4th bedroom with queen bed, 5th bedroom with exercise equipment and laundry room.

Backyard with lounge chairs, dining, grill and hammock.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.
Other things to note
All tvs are smart tv’s with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, You Tube etc. (please remember to bring your logins). Digital antennas provided to access over 60 local digital channels as well.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and the owners were so nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again if we’re even in town again.

Upon arrival the floors were dirty, rugs smelled of urine. In spite of that; great location, great appliances, great a/c, nice friendly and quiet neighborhood.
Poop & pee stains on basement floor.

We’re very sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns you experienced upon arrival. Our team thoroughly cleans the home between every stay, and all rugs are shampooed regularly as part of that process. The area shown in the photo is an owner storage space under the staircase that is not typically accessed by guests or part of the standard cleaning rotation. It appears a previous guest’s dog may have gotten into that space, which unfortunately went unnoticed before your arrival. As soon as we became aware of it, we addressed it with our cleaning team so it would not happen again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving the guest experience.
