This fabulous Marathon Florida Keys Vacation Rental Resort Home at Indigo Reef is absolutely spectacular. The views of the tranquil, open water of the Gulf of Mexico are amazing from both the upper and lower level deck.

1st level of the Home

Indigo Reef Homes is laid out beautifully with a deck, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and dining plus guest bath on the first level. The living room opens up to a large porch overlooking the Gulf of Mexico providing truly stunning sunset views.

2nd level of the Home

On the second level, the master suite is furnished with a King size bed and ensuite master bathroom. Step out of the master bedroom and onto the second story balcony overlooking the Gulf as well. There are two more bedrooms on the second level featuring a Queen sized bed and two Twin sized beds plus an additional guest bathroom. The laundry area is located upstairs as well.

In all of the Florida Keys, Indigo Reef stands out as one of the most tasteful resorts that we have to offer. Indigo Reef Resort features an amazing landscape characterized by native flora surrounding the entire complex which is laid out with a specific goal of `Tropical Relaxation` in mind.

The interior of this home is equally exquisite with space and luxury in focus. Turtle Cove has been updated with new tropical decor furnishings in the living and dining areas.

Beautiful place. Could use a few more bowls for cooking. Nice dishes. Great beach towels and guest towels. Nice out door furniture. And inside furniture.

Property not ready to rent. Equipment failure.

After arriving we attempted to use stove/oven, they did not work and in fact there was a stove knob sitting by the side of the unit. The property manager was very responsive (it was Sunday afternoon) they replaced with entire stove/oven with a new unit - that was 5 days into our stay, where we could not prepare meals. it's unfortunate that there is not a system in place such as a checklist to insure essential elements, are in working order before the next renter.

Beautiful property, great communication!

Seriously a beautiful property, super clean, very friendly neighborhood, quiet, loved the boat dock! We stayed in islamorada last year and felt that we liked it better due to more desirable/variety of restaurants and it’s cleaner overall compared to marathon. We also felt the unit was completely bare bones given the price. For example, I’ve never seen a tinier shampoo bottle in my life and you’re only given two dishwasher tabs. This is the first VRBO/resort in this price range that we felt they were stingy with these items, especially given the fact that you’re expected to complete a majority of the laundry and dishes upon departure. The security deposit is also extreme given the quality of the items in the unit, we felt we needed to run through everything in order to not get charged for things, I.e. the knobs in the bathroom were lose, a chair was broken, etc. ...just makes it feel less like a vacation and more on edge that you are going to get stiffed for something. Overall, though, we loved the unit itself, it was very clean, and you can’t best cocoplum’s communication.

Better than Advertised

We just spent three weeks here. I cannot say enough good things about the property - and also the management company. The house was pristine, all set up for us. The view is perfect, simply perfect. And on the odd occasion where I had a question the management company was immediately responsive. TINY SUGGESTIONS: There are a couple of things they could do to go from 5 starts to 10, primarily in the kitchen. When we got there, there were not enough pans, and the management company amazingly brought new ones. But none of them are great. It would take about a 200 dollar investment to make cooking there a total pleasure. Similarly, there were zero spices, salt, pepper etc. so we had to buy all of it, which we then left. All in all a TON of great things are done and are there, but those few adjustments would take it over the top. And in fact it was a WONDERFUL stay. I honestly didn't even want to write this so that other people wouldn't book it up every week - but it's the truth. Thanks for the great home for our escape from freezing temps!

We had a fantastic time...the Villa was in a perfect location...quiet peaceful sunsets

The rental was clean and spacious, it could use some more pans, the ones we had kept burning food.....sorry for the smoke. Location of the complex is perfect, the pool and dock are beautiful amenities...we loved our stay Indigo Reef may be an annual vacation.

Beautiful property and very much enjoyed our stay.

It was an excellent property for a family vacation. The grounds and the pool were beautiful. Well situated to visit the Keys and all that it has to offer. The unit was very spacious and comfortable for a family of six. We were there with four young adult children and they loved the pool, gym and location. Beds were comfortable and beautiful views from the Master bedroom. Appliances in the kitchen were good but it was lacking a bit in terms of some dishes, cooking utensils and cookware. Bring tea towels and dish clothes with you. The common space furniture was fine but getting worn and some kitchen chairs need to be fixed. Overall though we really enjoyed our time at Indigo Reef.
