This spacious 3BD, 2.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Each bedroom features its own television, and the living room offers a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day on the water.
Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from either your private porch or the upper balcony. Just off your back porch is your private boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts.

Dock Details:

Maximum overall vessel length (tip of bow to end of engines): 35 ft
Hull size must not exceed 31 ft
Maximum draft allowed: 3 ft
No multiple vessels or personal watercraft allowed per dock space
Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured. Liability must be set at $300,000.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in, and you can grill your fresh catch on one of several charcoal grills throughout the resort grounds. The Villa is 100% smoke-free, both indoors and on the porches, and is fully appointed with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway—just pack your bags and unwind! Pet Policy: Dogs may be considered—please inquire ($350 pet fee per pet).

This property is in a fantastic location and is extremely clean. The grounds are very well kept and the pool area is very nice. We used the outdoor BBQs and enjoyed fishing from the docks. The unit itself is very well maintained and had everything we needed to cook. The booking process was simple and the property manager was very responsive. We loved our stay!

It was me, my daughter and two adult grandsons. The property was steps from a beautiful pool, close to restaurants, ocean and gulf beaches. House was as advertised, great for us. Keypads we’re easy to use, small gym well equipped for my grandsons weight training. . You cannot go wrong with this house.

Another great stay at Indigo Reef

We have stayed at Indigo Reef several times, in all seasons. This week, just like the rest, did not disappoint. The unit was very clean, well appointed and had a great deck off the primary bedroom to watch the sunset every night. We took full advantage of all the amenities-grills, very well appointed kitchen for cooking, pool stayed cool even during a very hot week. We love being able to easily park our boat, use the gym and met some great people! Overall I wonderful stay in Marathon!

Spring Break Success!

We had a great time staying at Indigo Reef. When we arrived (11pm) there was someone parked in our spot, but communication with the hosts was really easy, especially that late at night. Location is great. We loved the pool and the fact that we could dock the boat we rented right there. My only complaint would be the pillows. Super hard, and I definitely went to my chiropractor as soon as I got back. So if you have neck issues, I’d bring your own. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend Indigo Reef!!

Dockage was great. Need to fix Ice issue. Also if you power wash your boat, daily , you will need 220 to 110 adapter at your slip. Accommodations were awesome. Cant wait to go back next summer.
