Amplio departamento de 04 habitaciones con una excelente ubicación en el corazón de Miraflores a 01 cuadra y media del Parque Kennedy y de la Municipalidad.

Tiene sala, comedor, cocina full equipada, 02 baños completos dentro de las habitaciones y baño de visitas, lavaseca, agua caliente, WIFI y cable DIRECTV.

Además, cuenta con servicio de conserjería, de seguridad 24/7 y con estacionamiento gratis dentro del edificio.

El aire acondicionado y el calentador portátil son a pedido y de pago.

La entrada al departamento es mediante un cerrojo digital cuyo código de acceso se proporcionará antes del check-in.

Hay WIFI en todo el departamento y cable DIRECTV (en la sala de estar y en la habitación principal). La cuna pack & play y la silla alta para bebé son gratis y a pedido.

La cocina es minimalista y a inducción, con campana extractora y horno eléctrico empotrado, acompañada de una refrigeradora, y se encuentra equipada con olla arrocera, cafetera, licuadora, hervidor de agua, tostadora, ollas y sartenes, cubiertos, platos, vasos y tazas, condimentos, sal, azúcar, infusiones de te y un bidón de agua de mesa de cortesía.

En la lavandería se encuentra la lavaseca, la plancha, el tendedero de ropa y la tabla para planchar.

Spacious 04 bedroom apartment with a privileged location in the heart of Miraflores. With concierge service, 24/7 security and free parking. Just one block and a half from Kennedy Park, Central Park, the Municipality and just 05 blocks from Benavides Metropolitan Bus Station that takes you to downtown Lima in aprox.15 minutes.

Within walking distance of most attractions (Larcomar, Parque del Amor and the Malecón de la Reserva).

What makes this property unique

Miraflores is the safest district in Lima, our apartment is about two blocks from Kennedy Park, 15 minutes by walk from The Larcomar Center Shopping center and The Malecon De la Reserva where you can enjoy a beautiful view, walk, run or ride your own bike or using bikes from CityBikes.

You have everything very close as supermarkets (Metro, Wong and Vivanda), The Civil Police Station (Serenazgo), pharmacies (InkaFarma, MiFarma), minimarkets, handicraft shops, bus station (Airport Express Lima Buses), Benavides Bus Stop Station (Metropolitan Transport), bars, discos (to enjoy a great nightlife).

Barbershops and spas, cinemas, cafes and restaurants to enjoy peruvian and international cuisine. In addition, vegetarian restaurants.

On Sundays, you have free access for yourself the Central Park and the Larco Avenue to ride bikes, running, walking on the streets with your family and friends without the use of cars.
