Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and town! The 2300 square foot home features three bedrooms, plus a den (4th bedroom) and two bathrooms.

Kitchen, Dining Area, Living Room, Family Room, Large Pantry Area, Private Courtyard,
Den/Office (4th bedroom), Bathroom with Walk in Shower, View Deck, BBQ

Downstairs(down one small flight of stairs from main level): Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, Bathroom, Access to Backyard and Pool
2 bedrooms feature easy access to spacious ocean view deck.

Outside (down one small flight of stairs): Pool Area, Seating Areas, Outdoor Refrigerator, Koi Pond.

**Adult supervision is required if there are minors staying at the house, as there are no safety features for the pool.
