We split our time between SoCal, Rancho Mirage and extensive traveling. We are very active, empty-nesters. We chose this house due to its beautiful design, location (trails out the back door, 2 minutes from pickleball, 2 miles to beautiful downtown Laguna Beach.

Why they chose this property

Super quiet and safe, cul-de-sac property. Directly next to 4500 acres of wilderness with hiking and mountain biking trails. 2 1/2 minutes for public pickleball and tennis courts.
