This private home offers everything the city and country has to offer. Five minutes from kayaking, canoeing or flying overhead on a zip line taking in the breathtaking views by day. If hiking is your game we have beautiful hiking trails in the area.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud music, this is a very quiet neighborhood

Quiet and comfy

Our family really enjoyed our recent stay here. Home is in a super quiet neighborhood. Kids loved having the pingpong table and games for some extra entertainment when we weren’t sightseeing in nearby Nashville. Great stay!!

A very comfortable 3 bedroom home that had all the basic needs to cook at home. Along with a nice room for games & a ping pong table that was very nice to have. The beds were better than a lot of hotels for sleeping well. Kitchen/ dining area were nice and open to each other with plenty of room for us all to hangout together. The firepit in the fenced in backyard was very nice for making smores & playing yard games. There was a carport to park the car under also.

Wonderful Spot!

We were in town for a family reunion at the nearby state park. This home was a wonderful spot to stay! The house was spotless and exactly as described. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as described: clean, great space inside and out, and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant comfortable stay. The property mgr, Anastacia, responded to every text promptly and was extremely courteous. I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to stay there again.

Clean and simple

I loved the clean, minimal decorations. We were traveling with young kids and there wasn't a lot of decor that they could damage. It made it a lot easier for us to relax.

Very Relaxing Great Little Town

The house was very clean and had most of what we needed. The little town had great atmosphere and the list of things to do in the house was awesome. The firepit was great but there was no wood, a kind neighbor actually gave us some so we could enjoy it. The house is on the old side and has some levelling issues. Nothing that affects the stay.

Country house

While expectations of the house based on the description was that it would be more “renovated” than it was, the accommodations were clean and the setting was very quiet. I did not use it as a full stay but more as an overnight place to stay while visiting relatives. The host was very responsive to all my questions. I would have liked blinds on the kitchen and game room as I felt like backyard facing neighbors could look right in at night when the lights were on.

Suburban stay

The home was comfortable and well furnished. The property owner was available and responsive when I initiated communication. All the amenities were as listed. This is not the fault of the property, but only one bathroom was difficult to share for five people. The biggest issue that we had, was that there was mouse poop in the kitchen cabinets. I realize that it is a rural setting, and sometimes things like that happen. The people I traveled with had mentioned that the shells were dirty so we just kept our food outside, but it wasn't until we had left that I came to understand that what was in the cabinets was mouse excrement. To be fair, since I only realized this later, I did not communicate to owner so she did not have a chance to respond. Overall, although the location was a little bit of a hike from Nashville, it was in a nice town with enough to do if you had to stay close to home.
