3 bedroom family home conveniently located in West Nashville. 15 min to downtown & 15 min to Franklin. Just a few minutes to St. Thomas Hospital and Vanderbilt Clinic. 3 minute drive to Belle Meade Mansion and Belle Meade Country Club.
Walk to Percy Warner Park hiking & bike trails. 2.5 mi to Percy Warner Golf Course. Uber downtown usually less than $15 - 20. Great for families with children. There is a train track that runs behind the house through Belle Meade but it’s so sparse you may not see it. Large backyard & patio. 3 minutes to Cheekwood and St.Georges Episcopal Church.
