* Internet speed is fast, but if you are experiencing a low signal, please check whether it is plug-in the Google Nest Wi-fi Router on the nightstand. Feel free to contact us if you need support.
*Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed.
*This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell.

Inside the house was as described, Outside the place doesn’t seem to be safety driven. Anything that was brought to the owner attention, was fixed very quickly. My only complaint is the train tracks in the back of the house. Trains running 5am until midnight. Over all. A good stay. Comfortable. Two bedrooms was nice.

Cleanliness was sub par. Damaged bathroom vanity. Missing privacy panels in window coverings. No batteries for remote for minisplit in one room. Bedroom lamp inop. Dirt and dust in corners of facility along with large dust piles behind and round beds. Out front of property brick walkway was crumbling. Very uneven walking area overall.Exterior entry patio had cobwebs. No mention vrbo description that house backs up directly to metro link train tracks.
This place has been perfect for our vacation. We will consider it next trip. The one thing I really don’t like is the driveway is not paved, we track dirt into the unit and our car. I recommend it for a family of 4
Loved the location right off route 66. Easy to miss. Outside was deceiving looking, but instead was cozy and had updated everything. Any concerns we had were promptly taken care of with easy communication. Nice ACs in each room and comfy beds.
My family and I got together over the weekend for a local celebration. We needed a safe, clean, place to rest, shower and store our things while bopping in and out frequently and this place was perfect. The outside and driveway approach were a bit odd, but still took care of all of our needs. My 91 year old mother managed the 1 small step and uneven bricks carefully and slowly, but had no trips or fallsThank you for a comfortable stay

This place is interesting. It’s sort of on a Main Street, tucked back a bit from the actual road. When we arrived we were a bit hesitant based on the exterior, but once we opened the front door, everything changed . The inside looked great, clean, and everything you want in a place. The area was quiet too. Lots of room to park. The owners reached out before, during and after so they were really communicative. We’ll probably return again next year!
