Enjoy this updated, private pool home, nestled in a peaceful, safe neighborhood, located 25 miles to Walt Disney World, 13 miles to Gatorland, 20 miles from SeaWorld's Discovery Cove, 23 miles to Universal Studios, 18 miles to the Florida Mall, and 19 miles to Orlando International Airport, just to name a few. Locally, it is walking distance to a man made beach and marina. Enjoy this walkable neighborhood and gorgeous home.

Amenities
This smart home has free wifi, a 65 inch flat screen tv that steams from your Netflix or Amazon account, a nest smart lock and ac control, a Nest doorbell, a fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher, washer and dryer, fridge and oven. Linen and towels provided.

This space
This private 1300 sq foot 3/2 is apart of a triplex, it is located on a corner lot, your side has it's own separate driveway, separate coded entry, and private pool. The city of Saint Cloud allows only for 30 day rentals, which we abide by.

Pool info
Please note we have a family of ducks (see photo so you recognize them :)) that likes to visit, and sometimes lands on our pool enclosure. We do our best to clean up after them before your arrival but we can’t promise they won’t make a mess on or around the pool. Our pool, like most Florida pools, is not heated so sometimes is a little chilly during fall and winter months.

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber. You have the ability to park 4 cars in the driveway.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our home in excellent shape. Be informed that landscaping, pool cleaning, and pest control may come during your stay.

Additional info
Be advised - Florida has many interesting creatures - including lizards, fire ants, roaches, spiders and mosquitoes. We have a monthly pest service but during the summer months especially you may see some of these outside and may try to get in the house - we can’t control this. Florida also has unpredictable weather such as thunderstorms and hurricanes.

Great Place for Family to Stay

We wanted our out-of-town guests to be comfortable during the holidays. This home was outstanding. The home was very clean and comfortable and the hostess was prompt in responses. Close to all attractions in Central Florida. Would recommend using again.

Love this place!!

It was hard to find but the owners stayed in communication with me while I found it. It was a quiet neighborhood, and an amazing space for my family. We enjoyed the pool and the space so very much! We will be back!!

Fabulous house! Fabulous hosts!

We travel to St. Cloud, Florida quite often, and it is sometimes in a challenge to find lodging. This house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was clean, updated, and overall just what we needed. Our kids loved the pool too! We had a minor issue, notified the hosts, and they were extremely prompt and responsive to address it. Our stay was fabulous, and would definitely come back again.

Great Home with Pool

We had a great stay at this home. Our group was myself, my husband, our two kids (7yo and 14 month old), my sis in law and 19 yo niece. We felt we had a enough space for everyone while we visited family in the area. We also frequented theme parks and found them easy to get to from the home. The pool was our favorite part of the home because it had awesome floats, nice lights for a night swim and was screened in. The pool also was behind two doors so we felt super safe staying with our young daughter who would probably walk right in if given the chance. The house was really awesome overall and the owners were very responsive whenever we had a question or concern.

Beautiful home, just not very sanitary.

The home was nice. The pool was great! I wish I could leave this home 5 stars, but upon arrival we noticed the home wasn't as clean as it should've been. There was an old pizza box in the oven. When I contacted the owner about it I was told that the housekeepers usually do a better job cleaning, and that the previous guests left the house a mess (not their exact words). At the time, I didn't look in the pizza box but when I did, I realized there was a big patch of fuzzy mold on the pizza. The silverware was also left dirty. Someone also left a big, open bag of dog food in the pantry. Thank you for letting us stay at your home, but please have your housekeepers properly CLEAN the home!
