Alligator Lake is an all sports lake which is wonderful for boating and fishing. Walt Disney World along with the other parks are approximately 40 minutes, 30 miles away. Mebourne and Cocoa Beaches are less than 60 miles and about an hour drive. Fabulous local restaurants along with the common chains are just a short drive away in St. Cloud and Lake Nona. Four local golf courses are all within a 25 minute, 12 mile commute. Whether for a short trip or even a month stay, you will enjoy the proximity of this location and the joys of lakefront living.
