Located within the gates of Massanutten Resort, Dugans Dugout is located .5 miles from the ski lodge and 5 minutes drive to the indoor waterpark. Not to mention, the Shenandoah National Park Swift Run Gap entry is located within 15 minutes drive. Enjoy the tranquility of this mountain home while sipping your morning coffee over brilliant beams of pink and orange as the sun rises over The Blue Ridge Mountains. This home offers new interior furnishings and decor for our 2023 season. This vacation home can hold 16 people comfortably, not only that, but you also have a private mountainside tree-filtered setting, and free select resort amenity accessibility, this home is bound to be a fun-filled escape.
 
Hiking enthusiasts have many options including local trails of the George Washington National Forest and Shenandoah National Park. Or play all day at the indoor/outdoor Massanutten Fitness and Recreation Center provided at no extra charge when you stay with TripForth! Dugans Dugout offers all the amenities you could ever want in your very own mountain vacation home.  There is also a fully equipped kitchen, and living areas for multiple gathering spaces, this vacation rental home also has a washer and dryer.

Please note that the passes provide access to the following Recreational Centers at no additional cost: Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club includes a fitness room, indoor pool, game room, hot tub, co-ed steam and sauna rooms. Woodstone Recreation includes a game room, indoor basketball court, racquetball courts, indoor & outdoor (seasonal) pool, and tanning bed.

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time. Check-Out is at 10am.
 
IMPORTANT NOTES: In order to maintain a flexible cancellation policy, guests may cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival to receive any type of refund. DRIVEWAY NOTE:  The driveway leading to this property is on an incline, as this home is located within a mountainous region. We do advise each our of guest use caution when navigating entry into and from property. 4WD is not required to access the home during normal weather conditions.
