Near Skiing Resorts/Lakefront Pocono Summit Home
This is a two-level 4-bedroom home over a 2000 SqF of living space. It has 3 bathrooms, a game/entertainment area, 2 gathering deck, fire pit (wood not provided), propane grill (propane not provided), and 2-55" and 2-60” smart TVs for streaming from your own preferred account, central air conditioning, and a propane fireplace.
Note: one of the bedroom and bathroom are in the downstairs level of the home for accessibility and convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with basic items such salt, pepper, seasoning, etc. We have a formal dining table and a casual gathering kitchen island. We have a 2- Queen sofa-bed (one downstairs and one upstairs), and 2-futon for when you need it.
*During Summer months, there are also optional community facilities you can access for a daily fee (such as beach, outdoor pool, and basketball area).

What makes this property unique
This is a brand new house! Construction was completed late November 2022. This house has amazing view to the lake, sun rise, sun down.... see pictures
