Perfect for families or groups, this spacious and luxurious home offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. The second level boasts a large living room with a cozy gas fireplace and a 62" Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights. The dining room has a large table that seats 12, perfect for meals together. The Master bedroom has a balcony with breathtaking lake views and an en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the second level. The first floor features three additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. You'll have full access to all the amenities within the community (amenity passes are $5 per person per day, kids under 14 old at no cost), including swimming and fishing in the lakes, a swimming pool, and a basketball court. The pool is within walking distance from the house. This home is also conveniently located within 3 miles from Kalahari water park, 10 miles from Camelback ski area.
