Beach Getaway

So very glad to that we able to bring our fur babies to visit the beach for the first time! Got to spend Thanksgiving with family and had a lovely place to retreat to afterwards.

Nice towmhouse stay on the space coast!

Family of 5 plus our pup enjoyed this well-located house a stones throw away from the coast and halfway between Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Center Space Camp! Owner was responsive and townhouse was nice place as advertised.

Excellent property easy access, beach is 2 minutes walk

It has a great location! Easy access to the beach, Port Canaveral, and great views of rocket launches. Spectacular! Clean and has everything you would need to stay for any length of time. We loved being able to use the grill. Michael was a great host who was super responsive with any communication. Very accommodating .

Wonderful property!

Great place to stay in Cape Canaveral. Clean, spacious, and right across the street from the beach. Nice computer setup if you work remotely, which I did, and it worked great. Nice big monitors with a router right there as well. Street was quiet most of the time and everyone kept to themselves. Cleaning people did a great job for us right before check in. We are planning on returning next year!

Holiday Getaway

Great location. A walk across the street to the beach. 55 minute drive to Disney and Universal. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. Everything was thought of. Very clean as well. If school is in session sleeping in may be difficult but not something we did anyway

Stay at the beach

Doors to outside deck and patio furniture was not good. There was a small amount or yard in back of the deck and was a mess. Rest of the house was fine .

Great Location - Close to beach

This is a great property that is very close to the water. It's in a small neighborhood. The location is perfect for families with small children to stay, since they don't need to walk a lot to get back to the house in case of emergencies. The property has everything it needs for a family to be able to cook, clean up and wash. Also has games to have family game nights. The only issue we found is that it tends to get hot in the upstairs area, but that's probably because it was the hottest week in the summer that we stayed in this property, but closing the blinds and turning on the ceiling fans helped. We are looking forward to stay in this property again next summer.

Pelican point is ideal for families or NASA/Business travelers. Personally, my job allows me to work from home so I go there to work remotely from time to time and have set it up with a high quality workstation.
