It was such a relaxing stay and secluded, which was what we wanted! The little hiking trails on the property were fun and it was such a cute little place.
What an amazingly quiet and beautiful property! Perfect location for an unplugged weekend away from everyone. The property is as described and oh so inviting. The walk to the waterfall was a nice hike without leaving the property. We willbe back!

Thank you so much for sharing in our lil piece of heaven!! I hope you come back soon!
This was our second time staying here. We were fortunate a year ago to be one of the first people to discover this place and stay here. We fell in love and knew we’d be back. And here we are, 51 weeks later. If you’re looking to escape to the outdoors and get away from the world, this is the place. Perfect for couples or even just yourself if you need to get some peace and quiet. The place is always clean and we haven’t had any issues. We will definitely refer this place to others.

Ty so much Justin! We are so glad you guys stayed with us again! Please tell your friends and family about us!
We had a wonderful stay!Privacy, peacefulness, hiking right on property, comfortable and plenty of relaxing and recharging as a couple. Only wish we could have stayed longer and hopefully will have the opportunity to stay again!
Highly recommend. We hiked down to a beautiful waterfall on property. Loved it so much at this place , two other couples we know will be staying At different times. Everything was as described and better. Kitchen, bathroom, and living area are pretty tiny, but this place is for the outdoor enthusiast due to the beautiful scenery and outdoor fireplace, hot tub. We stayed outside the majority of our stay. Thank u for a fantastic stay reconnecting with my hubby.
This place was awesome. Perfect for couples. We wish we could have found a spot like this for our honeymoon years ago. You have a lot of privacy here. There are some great trails to hike that are well maintained that have some neat seating spots. Plenty of parking room. This is a unique experience. We definitely plan to visit here again and hopefully multiple times a year.
Kelly is a Tennessee native and Rich is originally from Michigan, and together we share a love for travel, nature, and exploring national parks. We’ve always felt most at home in beautiful, natural settings like the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee.
We’re excited to share our peaceful cabin and secluded treehouse retreat with you—set on 34 private acres surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest. This is our little “secret” piece of heaven, and we’ve created it as a place where guests can slow down, reconnect with nature, and truly breathe.
Whether you’re here for adventure, relaxation, or a mix of both, we hope you feel the same sense of peace and inspiration that we do every time we’re here.
Why they chose this property
We chose this location because it offers something increasingly rare—true privacy, natural beauty, and a deep sense of peace, while still being accessible to nearby towns and attractions in East Tennessee, Northern Georgia, and Western North Carolina.
Tucked beside the Cherokee National Forest, this area is surrounded by rolling forested land, mountain air, and quiet seclusion. It’s the kind of place where you can fully disconnect from everyday life, slow down, and experience nature at its most untouched.
We specifically fell in love with the feeling of being completely immersed in nature—waking up to the sounds of the forest, stargazing at night with no city lights, and having direct access to hiking and outdoor adventure right outside your door.
For us, this property represents the best of East Tennessee: raw natural beauty, privacy, and the opportunity to create a restorative escape that feels both remote and welcoming.
What makes it even more special is its proximity to world-renowned routes like the Cherohala Skyway, the legendary Tail of the Dragon, and the breathtaking Foothills Parkway, all offering unforgettable views and driving experiences.
What makes this property unique
We’re delighted to welcome you to our private luxury retreat set on 34 secluded acres in the heart of East Tennessee.
