Thank you Joyce! I’m glad you enjoyed your visit. We look forward to hosting you again! Eric
We rented this adorable cabin for a quick fishing trip for our son's birthday. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is great with many scenic sites along the way. The owners were very accommodating and you can tell they really put a lot of thought into making this cabin special. We will definitely stay here again soon!

Thank You Heather! We enjoyed hosting you and your family. Come back soon..Eric
Loved the location and cabin in general. It had that perfect cabin smell and a few extra perks like a few movies and more kitchen supplies. The cabin did have a few little areas that needed cleaned more like dust balls, cobwebs on ceilings, dirty cabinets in the kitchen. I thought we would be closer to the water but you can kinda peak at it from the porch. Cabins were very close to others as well. Prior to checkout I was relaxing on the porch and the cleaning lady pulled up. She confronted me why we hadn’t left yet, I told her check out is at 11. She insisted it was at 10 and did not apologize or go looking for the answer. Luckily my husband and I were already packed up and left at 10:20 since she was sitting there waiting.

Hi Chloe!
I’m glad your enjoyed your stay! Check out is 11am… I will speak with our cleaning service regarding your concerns. I apologize for any inconvenience…. We hope to host you again in the future! Thanks, Eric
This was the best spot ever! It was so nice to just get away from it all and really connect with nature. It gave you no choice but to just be in the moment. The cabin was perfect! The weather was great. The host was extremely kind and so easy to communicate with. We are already trying to figure out when we can go back! My fiancé fished for days. It was the most prefect place. I would ask a lot of questions when it comes to fishing licensing. We had no clue how close we were to NC. We had no idea you couldn't use worms in certain areas? There was also something about stamps? There was no signage along the river. (admittedly by the game warden) Unfortunately it costs us over 280.00 for not knowing... Besides the ticket, BEST mini vacation EVER!

Becca,
We are so happy you and your husband enjoyed your trip! You were both wonderful guests and we look forward to hosting you again in the future! Thanks, Eric1
We appreciated the cleanliness, enjoyed the rustic decore and embraced the coziness of a small cabin. The drive along the stream to the cabin was filled with explosive fall colors. At night, it was so great to watch the thousands of stars above us as we enjoyed burning logs in the firepit. Our stay was during the week, so there were only a handful of people around. The only drawback was that blower of the HVAC wall unit was noisier than expected.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay and was able to relax. I will check on the a/c unit for vibrations… Thank you for allowing us to be your host! Eric
Cutest little cabin in the community! Everything was new! Tastefully decorated! Everything we needed for our stay! Even though the satellite was down during our stay the owners did everything they could to make our stay comfortable & supplied movies for the DVD player. They were great with communication!

Cozy little cabin nestled in an incredible national forest!
What a cozy little cabin nestled in the incredible Cherokee National Forest! The sound of the water rushing through the Tellico River was sweet music to our ears! We enjoyed hiking the nearby trails, seeing the Bald River Waterfall, and driving the Cherohala Skyway into North Carolina with breathtaking views at 5000+ feet. If you enjoy nature, this is the place for you!
My wife and I are Registered nurses and have fallen in love with Tellico. In fact, we were married there! We love to travel, but Tellico is our favorite destination. The scenery and tranquility is unmatched and provides us with a place to recharge. We have decided to share our cabin with others so that they may enjoy what the mountains have to offer. If you seek the majestic beauty and serenity of the mountains, then our cabin is the location for you!
Why they chose this property
If the raw beauty of the mountains and being " off the grid" sounds good, then our cabin is the place for you. While there is no phone or wifi services, which is nice :), we do provide some nice amenities, as previously listed, for your comfort.
What makes this property unique
This property is located inside the Cherokee National Forest and surrounded by all the natural beauty the mountains have to offer. There are many hiking trails located in the nearby vicinity. Fishing is wonderful! The Tellico river is stocked with rainbow trout from mid March through August. Beautiful scenic drives...down River Road or the Cherohala Skyway... Must see Bald River Falls and Indian Boundary Lake!
