Modern Rustic Cabin in Torreón:
Located in the White Mountains in Show Low, Arizona. The property is surrounded by miles of walking trails, 2 golf courses and many ponds. Check out the exceptional club house restaurant located in the center of Torreon. The seasonal weather of the White Mountains has been known to rejuvenate the soul so be sure to spend some time outside exploring the area.
As you step inside the cabin you will find a large great room with vaulted ceilings, large open windows with natural light, a fireplace and lots of cozy seating. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes it ideal for sharing with family and friends as well as an additional half bath for guests. Sleeps 6-7 adults comfortably and 3 kids. The master bedroom has one king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen over twin bunkbed and the upstairs second master bedroom has a queen bed. In addition to the couch we also provide a twin xl mattress and fold out bed if needed which can be moved to any room. Enjoy the private covered hot tub out back or the patio that overlooks the golf course and beautiful pine trees. Feel free to park one car in our garage while staying and use the Tesla wall charger for no extra charge if needed.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs with YouTubeTV provided with 85 channels in three rooms, XBOX - Enjoy over 100+ games through game pass + Tiger Woods PGA 2K23 in the great room, fireplace, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, board games, DVD's and a large desk in the guest bedroom with high-speed internet throughout house. Additional large table that seats 8 -12 for larger gatherings/holidays.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with natural gas oven and stove top. Large farm sink. Microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Keurig Coffee Machine with 12 PODS provided per stay, electric tea kettle and 12 tea bags provided with honey and sugar, French press, blender, Crockpot, spices and cooking oil, pots and pans, dishware, flatware, glasses, coffee mugs. Kitchen table seats 6 and two island chairs. Large walk-in pantry for storage with electrical dustpan. Under the sink you will find extra paper towels, dishwasher soap, and trash bags.

KITCHENNETTE: In the Second Master Upstairs you will find a small Refrigerator and Freezer, Keurig coffee machine with 6 Pods, Electric Tea Kettle with 6 Tea Bags, coffee mugs and glasses above the additional sink.

HALLWAY CLOSET: The master closet is locked for storing extra supplies. Kindly use the hallway closet for items that need to be hung or for extra storage. In the closet you will find extra towels, blankets, pillows, beach towels, sheets, iron with small ironing board, starch, steamer, hangers.

BATHROOMS: Each shower is provided with Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Soap as well as 3 rolls of toilet paper. You will find a blow-dryer in each bathroom with a shower/tub. Bath towels, hand towels as well as black make-up towels are provided. Extra towels are found in the main hallway closet.

LAUNDRY ROOM: Stackable washer and dryer. Laundry soap, dryer sheets and bleach tablets are provided on the shelves next to the washer and dryer. You will also find a jar full of toiletries in case you forgot something as well as basic first aid items in case of an emergency. Beach towels for 4 people are hanging near the garage door for the Hot Tub. In addition, in the closet there is an XL twin mattress and foldable bed, baby gate and vacuum cleaner.

GENERAL: We have 2 cameras, one on the garage facing out to monitor activity coming in and out of the house and one in the gsrage facing the garage doors. There are no cameras inside for your privacy. The house is in a gated neighborhood and has an HOA. Quiet hours are (10:00pm- 8:00am). The owners Golf Cart is not for rent. Please fo not play on the golf cart.

HOT TUB: The Hot Tub temperature should be 75 degrees upon arrival. If you plan on using it, dial the temp up to 102-104 as tolerated. The lid for the hot tub should remain on whenever the tub is not in use. No sitting or standing on top of the cover. No children under the age of 6. 6-18 years old need to have an adult present at all times. NO GLASS in or around the hot tub. There are plastic cups in the kitchen for use around the Hot Tub. Enjoy at your own risk, we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. Please return the temp to 98 degrees before departure. The hot tub is managed by an outside company after each stay. If you would like the hot tub deep cleaned and the water changed out prior to your stay, please let us know one week in advance. There will be a Maintenace fee for this additional service.

PARKING: Max vehicles 3: Garage (1 vehicle), Driveway (2 vehicles). There is no parking on the gravel or on the street. No trailer parking allowed.

ADDITIONAL TORREON AMENITIES: (Available for fee to guests
staying 5 days or longer)
Torreon homeowners are allowed to transfer their
social membership once per month with a strict policy
of 4 guests only. The fee associated with the transfer is
$350 for the first guest, and $100 for each additional
guest (up to 4 guests MAX). Under 10 are free. The fees include access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, weight room, kids activity center, and outdoor sport courts
(basketball, pickle ball, and tennis). The pool is heated from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.
This service is available on a first come, first served
basis. If you are hoping to take advantage of the
transfer, please reach out to us before you book.

We do NOT have a golf membership, so we do not have
golf privileges at Torreón. The courses are private and
for members only.

Please note that the City of Show Low Community-park and aquatic center (minimal fee) is less than 3 miles away and great for kids.

Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area (~4 miles): Boating, fishing, paddle boarding. There are countless restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities close by. Sunrise Ski Resort is about 45 minutes away.
