We’re currently working on some backyard improvements to turn the outdoor area into a great hangout spot! While no work will be happening during your stay, you might see some projects in progress. We appreciate your patience while we make these upgrades—we’re just working to make the space even better for future visits!

Tucked into a quiet historic neighborhood and bordering a seasonal creek, this cozy retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Enjoy a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen for shared meals, and a private primary suite with its own deck. Relax on the shaded front patio, let your dog enjoy the fenced run, or challenge your group to a game of ping pong. Walk to local restaurants, shops, and wineries, with easy access to Paso Robles Wine Country and San Luis Obispo.

🏡 The Space
This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a comfortable, welcoming layout ideal for families and small groups. Enjoy a spacious living room with a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen designed for easy meals and gathering, and three private bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, full bath, and private deck, while two guest rooms share a nearby bathroom. Outdoor spaces include a shaded front patio for relaxing, private sitting areas, and a fenced dog run. High-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a ping pong table are available for guest enjoyment.

Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Second Full Bathroom: Shared, located across the hall from guest rooms

⚠️ Note: The backyard is not fully fenced and opens to a back alley. Dogs must be supervised outside the dog run.

Garage not available for vehicle parking, but open for ping pong and laundry
Driveway parking for 1–2 cars depending on availability of owner’s Sprinter van (parked periodically)
Additional street parking across the street
Maximum 4 cars
No oversized vehicles, RVs, trailers, or boats

Wine tour buses and limos can easily pick up/drop off at the home

Up to 2 dogs allowed
$100 per pet (non-refundable)
Guests must agree to and follow the pet policy

🔑 Important Guest Information
Rental Agreement: A signed rental contract is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required per stay to cover incidentals.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
