On mountain condo located at Sunday River Ski Resort. Two bedrooms with one full bath. Full kitchen to prepare breakfast so you can get to slopes quickly. Also is a great spot to stop by while on the slopes for a lunch. Ski in ski out condo. There is a heated outdoor pool at North Peak. This condo sleeps 8 with the pull out sofa in the living area. Be right where all of the action is. Park your car and enjoy your stay right at the mountain. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great access to Green trail!

Such a great ski in/ski out condo. All that we needed and great access to come back for lunches or a break. We have a large family, so some could start and stop at different times. A perfect location! The outdoor pool was a bonus after skiing and we were also close to great local restaurants. A shout out to The Gem movie theatre for putting on a great experience with chair side pizza and beer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here over February break for a quick ski trip and would definitely stay again. The place was spacious and the host was wonderful. Plenty of supplies for the stay such as blankets, towels, cooking pans, etc. my one complaint would be we have small children who need to use the tub and the tub was not clean (hair, etc). But I had brought Clorox wipes and was glad I wiped it down. Other than that, great location and great price. We also left behind a stuffed animal and blanket and the host was very helpful and quick in getting the items back to us.

My buddies and I got stuck in the apt for a bit due to a doorknob malfunction, but maintence came and replaced the doorknob asap. Ended up missing an hour and a half of riding but we bellied up to the bar at about 5:30 anyhow. Id stay here again forsure
