Weekend getaway

Incredible house, plenty of sleeping spaces, great deck, and grill area. Ample parking, and of course the pool and hot tub! Very private but still close to town, and beautiful property.

Peaceful & Beautiful

My husband & I booked this stay for our honeymoon. First couple of nights we had to ourselves and the weekend we had close friends stay with us. We have 2 dogs and this rental was absolutely wonderful for a cozy gathering. We will definitely be booking again!

Great time!

We had an amazing time in this property. We enjoyed the outdoors, the pool, the house and all surroundings. We stayed with little ones and the had the best of times. Definitely a house we will consider to return for a family vacation.

Patience Needed to Appreciate Beauty

Great value for money, notwithstanding minor issues COMBINED with very poor communication from property management. Furniture needs replacement, no place to sit and beautiful doors need door knob maintenance. Pool heating cost excessive. AMAZING floor plan, deck and grounds gave bonding opportunities and more than make up for minor issues.

Hill country Heaven !!

What a great ranch home! Lots of beds, lots of room, every kind of entertainment corn hole, frisbe golf, pool, and hot tub ( and we did them all ) . Tranquil and quite and close to anything you may want to do or need!

Spacious and fun

The property was in great shape with something for everyone. The games, indoor and outdoor, were fantastic. Also, a great place to explore hill country from as it is convenient to numerous tourist locations.

The farmhouse had everything we needed and more. It was incredibly cozy yet spacious for our large party and there’s a ton to do without even leaving the house.

Enjoyable and peaceful

We loved staying here. It has great amenities and is really nice. If you cook a lot, you might think about bringing nicer pots and pans and if you will be needing spices, bring those too. (The house has a little spice rack but just remember to bring your own favs) We found the location best by using google maps vs. Apple Maps. Google maps takes you right to the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything we could have wanted

My men's group stayed here for a long weekend. It was everything we were looking for: clean, spacious, lots of space outside, nice kitchen, beautiful view. The owners were very responsive to whatever questions we had. We get together every year, and this is by far the best place we've found in several years. We will definitely be back.

Celebrating New Years Eve and Birthday

We had a wonderful time here. The home is gorgeous, cozy and was perfect for the 6 of us. Beautifully appointed, comfy beds and linens were heavenly. Bathrooms are updated. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were heated and so much fun to enjoy on cold days. We'll be back!

Pretty much what we expected:) We arrived and the ice machine was not working. I left a message the first anrrival day and did not ever hear back in our 3 day stay .
