This luxurious home sits on a beautiful 4 acre property just minutes from the Wimberly square, wineries, wedding venues, Blue Hole Regional Park, Jacob's Well and more! The property has great family friendly amenities such as kids playground, sand volleyball court, and yard games including corn hole, ladders, and badminton.
As you enter the first floor of The Farmhouse you immediately walk into a beautiful open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The first floor also consists of the primary bedroom and bathroom. The primary bedroom has french doors that lead to an outdoor private deck with seating.
Two secondary bedrooms, secondary bathroom, and laundry room are also on the first floor. The second floor consists of a fun kid’s bunk room that is connected to another bedroom with bathroom.
The covered outdoor patio is a great place to sip your morning coffee enjoying the fresh air of the Texas Hill Country. The patio features a hot tub, seating area with TV, and bar top with stools. Next to the patio is a fire pit with seating and a charcoal grill.
