The place is terrific, very clean, quiet neighborhood (though some passing trains during the night) and host was very responsive and accommodating. One of the best stays I’ve had in a VRBO!

Modern Memorable Condo

Overall our stay was amazing . We were in NOLA for a family reunion celebration. We loved the condo it was beautifully decorated , extremely clean and the property manager instructions were detailed and easy to follow. The welcome basket was a nice touch which also included a list of near by restaurants and things to do. We will definitely stay here again .

Great place

Very nice in a quiet neighborhood lots of little bakeries, coffee shops, was a parade which was ver cool. Not far from the French Quarter. Would highly recommend staying here!

Host is very responsive and helpful. I was having issues getting the key from the lock box and decided to call the host but before i could find him # he called me. Im sure he saw my struggle on the camera lol. He walked me through it with no prob. The house is very clean and modern. There is also a great breakfast place right across the street that we enjoyed. Things to know: : we loved the gated parking but if you have more than one car you will need to park it on the crowded street. Also, know there are 2 large staircases in the home. One as soon as you open the door and one from the 2nd floor to the 3rd where both bedrooms are.

Great 4 day stay

Visited WWII Museum, Audubon Zoo, Audubon Aquarium, and Insectarium. Loved the local places to eat within walking distance. Safe and secure place. Very enjoyable.

Lovely gated condo by the river

The property was awesome! Modern 3 story condo in a small gated community that was close to all the places we wanted to go and all the hot spots. It was very clean and chic with a cute balcony we enjoyed time and time again.

Fantastic

Home away from home for five nights. A fantastic condo - comfortable, quiet, convenient and beautiful. My husband, 17 year old and I throughly enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or family. And, the recommendations we found inside for local restaurants were spot on - particularly Alma’s - don’t miss this place.

You desperately need to change out the shower heads they could be calcified ( clogged) as there is NO water pressure.It could possibly be WATER RESTRICTORS INSIDE THE shower heads. Because nothing is wrong with the water pressure in New Orleans. .). Please tend to this issue, which would make the stay more enjoyable. Thank you JoAnn & Jeremiah W

Why they chose this property

I chose this property very carefully as an investment. Growing up around the New Orleans area I feel like I have a good idea of what kind of property & neighborhood I would want to stay in if I were traveling to New Orleans. I would want to be within 1 mile of the French Quarter , but not in it ( too loud) . I would want to be in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, bars, and coffee houses within walking distance. I would want secure off street gated parking with a reserved parking space. I would want a newly built property with a unique flare . This property has all of these and more !

What makes this property unique

This complex only has 7 total units. Off street gated parking with a reserved parking space is rare in New Orleans and lends itself to safe entry and exit to the property. Directly across the street from this property is Crescent Park. It is a 1 mile beautifully landscaped park along the Mississippi River that lead directly to the entrance of the French Quarter.
