This was a very nice little place and was close to a great area, Coventry, where there is shopping and plenty of restaurants. We would definitely stay at this location again, and the host, Kia, was always responsive when we had something to ask about the apartment.
Nice place and very reasonable woth price per night, stayed 5, with close proximity to Cleveland clinic. Felt very safe in the neighborhood, enough to take long walks in the morning.
I enjoyed my stay. Kia was communicative and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I loved the location. There are restaurants within walking distance and I found the cutest little library and Shakespeare in the park right down the street. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
It was a very nice stay for me the property was very clean. It felt like we were back home in Detroit. We would definitely come back and stay next time we are in Cleveland. The only problem that I did have was the parking isn’t so great but that isn’t the host fault it’s based off how the building was built
This apartment is in an old apartment building but is updated & comfortable. It served my purpose of being near University Hospital very well. The only issue we had was that the internet was down for our entire 3 night stay.
I was very disappointed. We were supposed to stay a week. When we showed up to the property there was a note saying there wasn’t going to be any WiFi. I messaged her and said that we use our phones and devices a lot during our stay. The neighbors above us were loud. It was hard to sleep. We asked for our money back and the host was very rude and not understanding of our situation. Then she said she would give us a little money back, but we have yet to see it. We left the property after a night. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this property. It’s not worth it.
Directions were great and Kia was super responsive! The place was adorable, I felt very safe, and everything was so clean and organized. Quite charming! I plan to stay again my next visit to Cleveland in the spring! Thank you so much for a great experience!

Extremely disappointing and not as advertisedUnfortunately, this apartment was not at all what we expected and was not a place we felt comfortable staying. The apartment was freezing cold, and we were unable to get it to a comfortable temperature. The TV and internet did not work, which made the stay even more frustrating. The cleanliness and overall condition were also major concerns. The walls were in extremely poor condition, with a vinyl-like covering peeling away, and the ceilings were visibly sagging. The shower had soap scum and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. The host’s communication was also very poor. When we had issues during our stay, we did not feel like our concerns were being addressed in a timely or helpful manner. Communication is especially important when a guest is dealing with problems such as no heat, no internet, and other issues with the property.I genuinely tried to stay and make the best of the situation, but I could not bring myself to sleep there. We ultimately left the apartment and paid for a hotel instead, which was an unexpected additional expense.I understand that an older property may have some wear and tear, but this went far beyond normal wear and tear. Between the condition of the apartment, cleanliness issues, freezing temperature, non-functioning TV and internet, and poor communication from the host, the stay was extremely disappointing.
This is a nice property, very clean, in a very old building. We have stayed here twice, first time high marks, but second time, a nightmare due to upstairs neighbors. Loud music at 6 a.m., tons of loud foot traffic above the bedroom for hours in the a.m. Unrelated, not a big deal, but the amount of bossy signage in the unit is offputting. There are directions posted on every square inch of wall space. I can recommend if you are not a light sleeper.
