This is a very spacious beautiful home. The beds we’re comfortable .
The location is on a very busy road so traffic was noisy . There’s not enough plates and mugs. For four adults, we had to wash our dishes after every meal.
The apartment was clean, new. It’s enough room for 6 of us and well supplied.
The only thing bother us is it was hot, AC was pre-set at 25oC, can’t be set at lower temperature. It was hard to sleep at night due to the heat and the noise from the train, from the washer or the dryer (they keep the washer and dryer in the master bedroom), it’s weird, so don’t wash clothes at night.
Not quite the ZEN we hoped for as was named the Zen Den - we arrived to a very cold home and after a short period of comfort ended up with no heat on our last afternoon and all night up until the time we left the next day. After multiple correspondence with property management advising us to do various things with the thermostat and our continued report that we had no heat nothing was done to improve our comfort. No space heaters no maintenance on the furnace 13 degrees is cold. We had to leave the place to go out for dinner as we were so cold. We politely reported our discomfort and requested some reimbursement for our trouble however we have not received anything. Who leaves a family in a house in Calgary in a March winter storm with no heat and then refuses accountability?
