The apartment has a modern design giving you a feeling of luxury and paradise.
We'll make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and you won't even have to worry about bringing towels for the beach since we provide you with them along with a full set of bathroom towels and amenities.

Wonderful long term stay
We stayed at the Icono Playa for over 70 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The condo unit was modern, spacious, well appointed, and in a wonderful location. We were a short walk to the beach, 5th Ave, Walmart and all of our favourite restaurants.
The internet in the unit was fast and the unit had two televisions. The unit also had a washer and drier and oven which were a great convenience. The bed was huge and more comfortable than mine at home.
The condo building is very secure with 24 hour security and video monitors. There are 2 roof top pools, a gym, a roof top bbq and sauna.
Frank was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly, to our only concern which was an issue in the buildings public area, not the unit. Frank addressed the issue quickly and the issue was dealt with by the building maintenance staff.
I couldn’t give a higher recommendation, I did not want to leave.
