Dance families enjoyed overnight stay at family friendly house. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of warm beverages to choose from in the morning. Enjoyed waking up watching the chickens, hearing the donkey and watching the cows. Definitely would stay again.
Enjoyed our stay - friendly host, great home, comfy beds, excellent showers!!! The farm animals were entertaining, especially Henry the donkey. We got to eat fresh eggs from the hosts chickens and passion fruit off the vine! Would love to stay here again!
The property is beautiful. It's a little bit of farm life, when we first arrived the property manager came out to greet us and let the kids hold and play with the baby chics (they loved that) the house is beautifully decorated and had plenty of Room for everyone. We really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely love to book again in the future!!
I was looking for places in NY and CT. Somehow this place came up in my search. It was exactly what I wanted and I reserved it only to see it was actually in Florida after I reserved it. I contacted the owner immediately and let them know. They kept the money and had the place to rent out to someone else for the weekend.
This property was absolutely amazing. All of my friends and I enjoyed every part about it and are already looking forward to booking it again someday in the future.
To start off about the property location, it is back behind trees and a rail road track so it was a little confusing to find, but pretty easy to realize you passed the only turn across the tracks to the property, so a quick u-turn would fix it. The property itself was gorgeous and had everything you'd expect from a cabin. From live animals wandering around, to a nice sized firepit out front, it was phenomenal but my friends and I really took advantage of the closed in patio and had the most relaxing time just hanging out there as light rain drizzled on the roof late at night. As for the inside, it was super clean and super spacious. 10 of us had no problem fitting in the cabin, and the sleeping arrangements between the four beds and couch spaces was perfect.
Secondly, to talk about the property owners, they were fantastic. They were very kind and very responsive when I had initial questions about the property and its location, and even created a welcome booklet located in the kitchen. The property owners also live on the property nearby, but they so check-in was quick and easy, and it gave me comfort to know if I had any questions and couldn't reach them over phone, they were within distance. Lastly, We were late for checkout the next day, but they were kind and super understanding, and even let us go pet the chickens and feed the cows after and it was possibly one of the best highlights of the stay.
My friends and I usually don't use vrbo, but this property and these property owners really set the bar high for future endeavors. Overall everything was outstanding about this place and can't wait to rent it out again in the future.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was short but comfortable. We found the rattle of the train funny. Our nephew enjoyed feeding O’Henry carrots and breadsticks after visiting the chickens and holding a chic. The property care taker also gave us a passion fruit to try! Yum! We had the space we needed for everyones comfort in this fruit farming community! Could use more nice towels as well as a couple hand towels. There were only 4 good towels for the 8 of us. The rest were less presentable but clean/worked. Carpets could use a cleaning. Overall a great stay! The noon checkout was a benefit to us who didn’t have to rush out to our event. Thank you, Eric, Julie & the property care team!
