This private 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath, 2 story town home is located in a 5 star, gated, luxurious resort complex with breathtaking, panoramic views of the ocean and mountains. Within walking distance you will find shopping, activities, restaurants, theaters and beaches, including the famed Kahalu'u Beach Park...the Big Island's best known snorkel beach.

There are two private, large-sized bedroom suites. The Master King bedroom suite is a romantic retreat, comfortably furnished, with a private lanai to watch those stunning Hawaiian sunsets. The master bath has an over-sized separate tub and shower, luxurious white linens, masterful Italian cabinetry with granite counter-tops and thoughtful amenities. A second bedroom suite offers a comfortable Queen bed, private bath, luxurious linens and large closets as well. All rooms are complete with cool breeze, tropical ceiling fans.

The gourmet kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and Italian cabinetry - everything to satisfy your culinary tastes. The dining, and open beam living space comes beautifully furnished with Island detail and includes flat screen HD television, Blu-Ray DVD player and secure Wi-Fi. The layout is perfect to ensure your guests are always a part of the conversation.

The unit is near the gorgeous pool area with over-sized spa and keiki pool. An adjoining, complimentary fitness center, clubhouse pavilion with prep kitchen with Weber BBQ grill completes the perfect place for you and your guests to relax and enjoy the ocean view panorama at day’s end.

This was one of the best homes we have stayed. Our hosts were very responsive to all of our needs. We enjoyed the roominess, modern appliances, and cleanliness of this spectacular 2 bedroom unit. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for a 10 day stay, including beach gear! We will definitely stay again.

Meet all our needs

The condo was just as advertised and described. We enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle but yet close enough to access everything we needed. We appreciated all the beach equipment and cooler. The evening sunsets were perfection and we enjoyed seeing the 4th of July fireworks from the condo.

Wonderful vacation rental

This home has everything you would ever need from kitchen appliances and utensils to everything you could possibly want for a wonderful fun day at the beach. It is centrally located for shopping and dining. If you stay here you will have a great vacation.

Kona Condo

Nicely equipped condo for a week on the Big Island. Loved the sunset views from the lanai off the master bedroom. We utilized the snorkeling gear and beach chairs on most days, and the nearby shopping complex made groceries easy.

Everything we'd hoped for!

This townhouse is awesome and had everything we needed with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. The owners were great and very responsive. The view of the ocean and sunsets was an added bonus, and it was fun to watch the birds from the patio at breakfast. Beautiful!

Nice property

The house had everything the website said it would and actually had nice pot, pans and other kitchen stuff. Usually that stuff is like cast offs from their “real” home, but I enjoyed cooking at this rental. My husband enjoyed the grill and our young adult kids enjoyed the dishwasher lol. The beds were fine and it was nice to have living room furniture that’s not wicker in an island setting for once. The location was great for all we had planned (night manta ray snorkeling was amazing). There were lots of great suggestions in the binders provided and the beach closet full of hats, umbrellas, random flippers and such came in handy a few times. The pool/hot tub was a 2 min walk and was never crowded while we were there. We would recommend this place to friends or family. Here is a pic of the view from the primary bathroom upstairs and the balcony.

Vacation rental at it's best!

A friend from high school and I spent a week in your incredibly well appointed condo. Check in was super easy. The condo was totally provisioned from a well stocked kitchen to the water sports equipment. These owners have thought of everything! They clearly care about your comfort in their home. Well Done!!! Great location, great views, great time!

What we appreciated most about this property was that we literally just had to show up. After 16 hours of flights, the last thing we wanted to do was make a "quick stop" to get essentials, and Denise made sure that wasn't necessary. Literally everything we needed was there. This property was a perfect location for us as it was just outside the craziness of historic Kona, but close enough to get there easily if we wanted. Also a very short walk to grocery, drug store, and my new favorite coffee shop, Clover and Mug! The complex and unit were quiet and peaceful with amazing views from the balcony. The unit was also a very short walk to the pool.

Just perfect

I was already for the third time in this house. As usual everything is perfect. Everything you need is there. You can also find everything for a day at the beach. The entire residential complex is in very good condition, as I know it from 2018. I also really like that the owners are still the same. Denise always replies very quickly. I will definitely stay here again on my next Hawaii vacation.

Wonderful location and great “Home Base”

Easy to get to, clean, well-stocked, and host was extremely responsive and helpful. This trip was mainly a dive trip and I met my adult son for several days of diving for a Mother’s Day trip. We enjoyed the lanai/patio during both our morning coffee and dinners. We could see and hear the ocean waves and the grounds were well maintained, and full of fragrant flowers, trees, and bushes. The condo was extremely spacious and had many amenities! We would not hesitate to return to Kona or rent this property. It was easily accessible and close to a variety of activities without feeling we were in the middle of the busy traffic of the center of town. Very close to both a grocery, many dining spots and a few farmer/art markets as well!

Fantastic place to stay with excellent hosts!

This was our first time to the Big Island and we'll be back. Denise was very easy to communicate with and was a joy to work with. The unit and the development exceeded our expectations. The unit was big, clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were exceptionally clean and the pool/hot tub/gym was used daily. The location was also excellent. Close enough to town but just far enough away. It was easy access to places in both directions. All recommended restaurants, beaches, etc., were spot-on. We will be back to the island and we'll definitely look to stay here again. We really can't think of anything we could improve on by staying somewhere else.

We have vacationed in Kona for the past 20 years and love the area. We have enjoyed consistent sunshine, the warm people, the variety of six ecosystems and climates within a thirty minute drive and so much more. Everyone in the family has a favorite activity or three; from body surfing, horseback riding, running, sunbathing, antique shopping, dining out or snorkeling and volcano touring.

What makes this property unique

This condo location offers snorkeling beaches, a world class pool, golf courses, movie theaters, shopping, ethnic restaurants, running/biking trails, BBQ, cliff jumping, scuba dives, body surfing, boogie boarding, manta ray viewing, scuba night dives, fishing, boat rental, surf lessons, surf and kayak rentals, all within walking distance of the condo!
