Cheerful cottage just a short walk from Elk Lake! Peek a boo views of the water and public access less than a block away in the neighborhood. Sandy beach public access within 1/2 mile from the home.

Family and pet friendly, with outdoor fire pit and seating for 6. Basement game area great for kids! Ample parking for about 5 vehicles in driveway.

3 miles to downtown Elk Rapids. 8 miles to Torch Lake Sandbar. 20 miles to downtown Traverse City.

Cute but mildew smell

This place is cute but smells of mildew. The pictures online show a fire pit and chairs, which are in the garage, but you’d have to pull all the weeds to place them. The yard is very upkept. There is a single AC unit in the living area, so the bedrooms are very warm. The message from the owner is to only have it on while there. Not worth the amount charged.

Up north family get together

Our family stayed in Victoria & Jeff's place in Elk Rapids. The house was very clean and well stocked with linens, dishes. The Beds were comfortable. There were a lot of games to choose from and the WIFI was great. Cell reception was good also. We would stay here again. The hosts were very accommodating to our family and our pets. The best place to sled in town is at the library!
