Marea is a brand new, 2-bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo in the second floor. Featuring an open concept, dining table, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a cozy and comfortable living area with a pull out bed for extra space and smart TV. Enjoy the beautiful views overlooking the pool from the private balcony. This is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with family or friends. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.



The master bedroom is nicely decorated with its own private bathroom (double sink) and spacious closet. There is also a king size bed, smart TV, and blackout drapery. The second bedroom, also with king size bed, smart Tv and ensuite bathroom. The condo is very well equipped with beach towels, linens and cooking utensils. Everything you need for the perfect vacation is right at your fingertips.

Getting Around:

We highly recommend renting a car so you can take advantage of the resorts facilities. Please consider that Ubers are not allowed on the property and it’s a far walk out of the community to get a Taxi/Uber. Also, there are 2 security check points where you will need to register before entering the complex.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that a $12 Environmental Fee per stay will be applied to all bookings starting February 1, 2025, to support local sustainability.

Mavila is a brand new community and there might be some construction noise. The construction takes place during the day from Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. All of the amenities listed in the community description are finished and the noise does not bother most people who are stay here. Mavila is a non-smoking community and smoking or vaping is not allowed in any of the common areas, including the pool and green areas.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.



We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.



This property is inside a residential community. For this reason, you will be required to provide an ID and sign the community rules in order to grant access. Please message us if you need specifics on the community guidelines
