This historic craftsman apartment is located in Astoria's historic district where a variety of beautifully restored Victorian, Mediterranean, Tudor and Craftsman homes and buildings can be seen.
This is an older building (over 100 years old) with original, restored wood floors. In this upper level flat, although more private than the lower flats, there may be some sounds like foot traffic from the tenants on the floor below. If you find this a disturbance, we provide white noise machines in the bedrooms as well as ear plugs. Also note; we discourage running or stomping in this flat as it can be heard throughout the building.

Easy walking distance to everything in town! We visited for the Columbia crossing and it was the perfect spot. The full kitchen with coffee things and pantry essentials was a wonderful amenity, plus a very easy to set up roll out bed. Quiet, cozy, great light, and very warm on a chilly day.
We had a great time staying at this location for our weekend trip to Astoria to run the Run on the River half marathon. It was easy to walk everywhere and explore Astoria! The apartment has everything you could need and had a great vintage feel.
We had a great stay in this historic flat. Located a block off the main drag, so not a lot of traffic right outside, but still in town and within easy walking distance to restaurants, the river, and Maritime Museum.
Would stay here again! While the building is older and it has its quirks (drafty, chilly in the bathroom etc) it was still a pleasant stay. Walking distance to a lot downtown and overall it was quiet. The heater in the front room does it's job and then some! The heaters in the bedrooms helped too to kick off the chill overnight too.
My best friend and I had a nice two night stay in this cute apartment. I loved being able to park my car and not use for our entire trip. We loved the old funky building. We ate out for every meal but appreciated the coffee and tea station to get us going in the morning. I’m definitely planning on staying here again!
Vintage apartment in the heart of Astoria! ~Including a view of the Columbia! Comfortable sleeping options. Kitchen could use more equipment, bathroom is functional. Nice place to relax after walking the town!
This was the perfect location to start off our girls trip to the Oregon coast and wine country. First impressions means so much, when we walked in the smell of musty, ammonia was overwhelming. I felt horrible as the person who booked this location. 2 guest immediately went online to look for an alternative due to the smell. The front of the stay was also a little run down so the combination was initially concerning. We stayed and realized the place was clean and suitable. The smell disappeared and everything was fine. It is a charming loft with comfortable beds. Water pressure is what we expected in a house of this age but it was adequate for our group.
This flat is an excellent base of operations for Astoria adventures. The location makes it walkable to several restaurants, bars, and attractions. Parking might be more limited on busy weekends, but we had no issues on our midweek visit.
It's an older building, and with that comes the usual charms, quirks, and issues, but the issues are minor. There is no central A/C, but the front windows can be opened to make for a nice breeze through the flat. There are no screens on the windows, but that didn't seem to be a major problem when we were there. The water pressure in the shower was rather low, but the tub was nice.
The beds were nice. Firm and supportive, but with memory foam tops so that they were still comfortable. Good TV for unwinding after a day out and about, along with decent internet. The kitchen is small, but we were eating out every meal so we didn't really test it out.
We would definitely stay here again.
