Large 2-story house with living room, parlor, and fully stocked kitchen. Bedroom with king bed and full bath located on the 1st floor, 2nd floor king bed and full bath with large soaking tub. 2 bedrooms with queen beds available on the 2nd floor. Large front patio, garden area with gas fire pit, and additional private seating areas. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, game nights, or quiet reading places. Expansive windows allow for magnificent views of the Columbia River and Astoria-Megler Bridge. Great location for walking to the riverwalk and easy access to the downtown area.

Welcome to Sunshine Riverviews! We are extremely pleased to share our home with you and your loved ones. This has been a perfect place for our family gatherings, "Girls Weekends", and a relaxing time at the coast. This house is perfect for sitting outside with a glass of wine, taking a leisurely stroll downtown, or watching the boats pass by on the river.
