Excellent property and location

This condo provides a wonderful home base for exploring the Orlando area. The condo itself is very clean, quiet and nice. The location provides walkable access to many downtown restaurants and clubs. It was a great stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Amazing stay !!

This property was nothing short of amazing. Walking distance to cool restaurants right across from the building. Host was very responsive and gave great suggestions of cool places to go to. Definitely would come back here. Secured parking was a plus for my new car.

Right at Home

The property felt like my home. There was beautiful artwork, urban balcony, extra blankets, comforters, and color changing lighting in every room. I'm delighted that I was able to wash my clothes before I left for travel. The host was attentive and I look forward to staying there again when I'm in Orlando.

A week stay

Let's start out with the unit smelled like pot, the floor turned my white socks black, and the TV screen needed to be cleaned. Bathroom was clean, kitchen was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. When we were leaving, we undressed the bed, and the mattress was dirty under the fitted sheet. (There should be a mattress sock on it) Grossed out my wife.

Had some issues

1. Check in process was odd because we had to give an exact time of arrival in order for the owner to meet and hand us a key fob for building access. We ended up sitting at gate waiting because we did not hear back. 2. Upon arrival into the apartment it had a strong marijuana smell that was trying to be covered up by several candles and air fresheners. 3. Let the host know about the smell which they said they knew about but did not let us know prior to arrival. I would have booked another place. 4. Found a jar with marijuana in it on the porch in a chair. Informed the host and they wanted proof but since we had tickets to a show we had to leave. Checked out after our very short stay and left the weed jar on the counter. Owner refunded $100 of our stay but they should have told us about the issue prior to check in. Finding illegal drugs in a rental is very disheartening and the smell was overpowering. Also - the one review the property had was made by the owner. My fault for trusting that. There were several events in the area so getting another place to stay was not at the top of the list especially since we had already paid for this place.

Checkin instructions were provided 48hrs prior to your arrival which states you must communicate your arrival time to host in order to gain access to the secured property. In terms of the odor we made every effort to air out the property when determined our non smoking policy was violated during a previous stay. Again, it is my sincere apology that you were not 100% satisfied with your stay. Since our goal of pleasing our guest doesn’t seem to have been your experience, the decision to provide you with a refund was the best option. While I know this doesn’t change your experience, I hope it shows you our dedication to your experience. Kind Regards

Best experience in down town Orlando

If you’re looking for a wonderful down town Orlando experience look no further! This has been by far one of the most pleasant stays I have ever had. The host was very accommodating, The apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Anytime I’m in the down town orlando area this is the place I want to be. I will definitely book another stay here down the road. Kudos to the host for making my stay here one to remember. Communication was superb. I had no issues with the check in or check out process. The LED lights in the living room brought a beautiful aesthetic to the entire apartment. It’s in a prime location close to many restaurants and only a short walk or drive to lake eola park!! You get a lot more bang for your buck booking with this host. It’s equipped with a smart TV so you can stream all your fav movies and tv shows. It also has a cute little cozy balcony where you can enjoy a nice glass of wine in this beautiful quiet part of down town. Peace and tranquillity at a fair price. Once again I’d like to thank the host for an enjoyable and memorable experience! : )

10/10 highly recommend

I was only in the area for 2 days but I had the most amazing time, starting off with where I was staying. I was in the heart of Downtown Orlando surrounded by good places to eat. I couldn’t have asked for a better host, he walked me through how to get in the parking garage, game me the key fob and went on his way. The house was beautiful, even had a balcony. I’m hoping this same location is available the next time I’m in Orlando.
