Great place, close to Vail and Beaver Creek!

Super convenient location. Aboout 15 minutes to Vail and 10 minutes to Beaver Creek. We enjoyed our stay here. A little bit outdated in the bathrooms and bedrooms, but the kitchen and master bedroom were nice. Great place to crash after a day of snowboarding.

Great Proberty

We had an exceptional stay at Blake’s property. The house was perfect for our family of 5. It Ed clean, stocked and close to everything. We skied vail and beaver and never paid to park. Would be back in a heartbeat. Thank you Blake for being an amazing host.

Convenient location/good value

Worked great for three guys focused on skiing. Convenient location to Vail and Beaver Creek. Garage was available and fit a full sized Yukon XL. Older property but had all the essentials for basic meal prep. Host was quickly assessable.

Cozy Condo

Had a wonderful stay at this property in Avon. Close to skiing, hiking. Nice to have a trail right out the door for dog walks. Kitchen was well equipped to cook a mini Thanksgiving meal. Comfortable, clean in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend.

One of the best

Quiet neighborhood well worth the money. Blake’s place was clean, cozy, and comfortable for my larger family. Location is near a tee box on the golf course and was pleasing to watch others swing their luck. Prior to booking I was worried about the water heater due to previous reviews but worked flawlessly with 3 people taking showers at the same time. On our next trip to Eagle-Vail I plan on staying with Blake again! Thanks!

Great location, more cramped then expected

Place was well stocked, clean, great location for skilling Vail and Beavercreek. Convenient for shopping. Was a little surprised that some of the rooms were smaller than the pictures made them look (usually I'm good at scoping this out). 2 of the rooms, with 2 beds, we so small we were climbing over our luggage, etc. Also, the room over the kitchen area is open to the kitchen so anyone sleeping in there hears every noise in the kitchen (think people up late or making breakfast. Personally, I would only have 7 people in this place.

False accusations not worth the risk

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. However, upon leaving, the owner (apparently on the word of his housecleaner) accused us of breaking two items that we did not break. One bowl had a chip in the handle, and he said that we did it (we did not.) He also requested an exorbitant price to replace said bowl. He then accused us over text of breaking a part of an air fryer - an appliance we never even saw during our stay. He said he would call it good if we paid him an extra $150.00. We venmo'd him the money that day - not worth it to us to fight him on it. I recommend you do not stay here, as the owner has trust issues and will leave you with a bad impression of your entire stay. We often use VRBO in this and other areas, and we have never had this happen before.

Very happy staying here. Checkin was easy. Added bonus, very close to Walmart and only a short drive to vail. 10/10 would stay again
